Very recommended for family. Easy access from Narita Airport by bus if we carry many luggage. Close to JR and Tokyo Metro station. Free bus to Disneyland. Many convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel. The food is delicious with information of ingredients.

The hotel is located in very good location. Just 5 mins walk from Kinshicho station (North exit) and also there are a shopping mall next to the station and a lot of restaurants around.

This is the second time we stay in this hotel, it’s not in the middle of the city but very close to trains. The room size is bigger than you get for the same price if you were to stay in some hotel downtown -let’s say Shinjuku. So for longer stays, it was definitely a good trade off, taking a 30 min train vs small size. The neighborhood felt safe and is worth walking and enjoying. I would book again if I go back to Tokyo.

The hotel itself is quite old, and the photos don't really reflect what you get. The rooms we had were quite tight, there were quite a lot of rips in the carpet and you could tell there was a lot of wear and tear in the bathroom and furniture. Our bed in particular had a dip in the middle making it fairly uncomfortable. The breakfast was fairly basic, it mostly catered towards western guests which is a shame as Japanese cuisine is fantastic and it didn't do it justice!
On the plus side the staff were absolutely fantastic and very friendly when we had questions or asked for help.

The hotel is a good location close to Sky tree. Hotel entrance very beautiful. But The hotel is updated. Carpet in the floors in bad condition. Room was very nice size. I very much like the view from the 20 th floor. Room was very clean. Breakfast buffet was good variety. I would recommend the hotel to friends. Good relations between what you get for the money.
