Excellent staff, good location close to the metro station. Great hotel, I would came back.

Staff force us to room check on check out date. Very old on the hotel.

Prime location with in 4 minutes walk to public transportations. Facility Slightly dated but clean and positive staffs. We loved the view from our room. Room’s quiet and Semi firm beds were comfortable. AC was excellent. Shuttle to Airport with surcharges. Restaurant on the second floor was great with friendly staff and reasonable prices. Main level cafe with excellent dessert we enjoyed. Coin laundry 5minutes walk from the hotel. Plenty shopping and dinning options area. Felt safe for solo walk. Highly Recommended.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. Close to shops and restaurants and minutes walk to the subway. The front desk staff speak English which is a plus. The skytree is also within a 20 minute walking distance. Con. The hotel lists a shuttle service but this is a third party service which you have to pay 1200yen per person one way.

Excellent location and great customer service by most employees like Fukuyama-San (the concierge). He is so awesome and helpful! He went out of his way to flag down a taxi for us in the rain. He also greets us so well everytime we’d come and go unlike the older, shorter concierge who is not friendly at all. He even deliberately walked away from us when the taxi stopped in front of him but we’ve seen him help others out of their taxi. Guess we didn’t look important enough for him. A second excellent staff member was the front desk attendant: Yano-san. He also went out of his way and took a long time explaining how the typhoon that was expected to come on the day of our check out may affect the transport to the airport and advised us to leave earlier. He was correct. A third exceptional staff member is the male housekeeping staff member for the 23rd floor. He was so sweet and kind to our requests. Domo Arigato to you all!

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. Very nice and close to a lot of places to see. Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Tobu Levant Hotel. The location was very convenient, with both 7-11 and Lawson right outside the hotel, a Donki just down the street, many restaurants within walking distance, and a shopping mall nearby as well. I stayed in a twin room with a view of Tokyo Skytree, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathroom could use some remodeling, but nothing too bad at all. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job with the daily cleaning, and the front desk team was always friendly and helpful. I moved to this hotel from Ginza area during my trip because the hotel is an official Good Neighbor Hotel, offering convenient shuttle bus service to and from Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. The amenities were excellent, and the service was prompt and professional throughout my stay. A Direct Airport Limousine bus was also easy to book! I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Tokyo.

The property is set on a great location, 5 minutes from a train station and a bus station. The staff were very friendly and professional. The housekeeping department are the rock stars of the Hotel. Amazing attention to detail and willing to help and listen to your concerns or requests. Different breakfast options and also dinner options at their Sky View restaurant located on the 24th Floor. The only set back is that they don't have a Laundry Room, there is a coin Laundry located about 4 minutes from the property that is open 24 hours.

Room is very clean. Staff is Helpful and kind. Good Breakfast. Over all Location is Excellent. Too many to mention. Hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel was in a perfect location for eating and sightseeing, close to the Skytree, Asakusa Shrine, and the street market.However, the room we stayed in appeared worn compared to the other hotels we stayed in. Breakfast was great, but it lacked a few things, like stew with meat and salmon. However, there are a few good things about the hotel's cook: cook-to-order omelets, over-easy eggs, and fruit; they also have pancakes, and the staff was very helpful. However, occasionally, the guests are very strategic and do not pick our plate. The restroom and the hotel were extremely clean. Yes, I will stay here again. For one thing, when we stayed in our room, it was room 1900. This location faces the Sky Tree directly. At night, you can see the Sky Tree and Disney World's fireworks, which is a treat and a form of meditation, and it's also amazing to look at the Sky Tree, which is about two blocks from the hotel. Yes, I will still stay here because there are 10000 views from our room. The view is amazing...

I stayed at Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo many years ago. Although the hotel is now older, it has maintained its level of service provided by the staff. Kinshicho station is also within walking distance. There are also a couple of malls located nearby, Apart from malls, there are multiple small eateries and convenience stores located on the opposite side of the road. The Airport Limousine Bus service makes a stop at this hotel too.

Always a pleasure to stay at Tobu. The hotel is located right next to a major subway and train station, so it's perfect to hit anywhere in Tokyo. The rooms are always clean and the staff is extremely helpful. Will come back again.
