The location is great! They provide buses from the hotel to Disneyland and vice versa. It’s near to the station as well. And they also have limousine buses from the hotel to the airport. It’s really convenient!!

The view from our room was spectacular! The hotel staffs are also very friendly, the room was very spacious, and the area was so nice! We totally recommend this hotel for those that are travelling with children!

Friendly staff, good facilities, spacious room for 2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 5 year old child. The room even though it doesn't have a view of Tokyo Tower but it's still okay with a view of the buildings, many places to eat in front of the hotel from breakfast to dinner. There is a mall near the hotel, there are also many minimarkets. Access to the station is close, there is a bus from the airport to the hotel so it's not tiring to drag suitcases and there is a free shuttle to Disney Resort, but you have to register (you can register online).

Out of 3 hotel stays at Japan, this one is by far the best and value for money. 1. The location is surrounded by konbini Lawson, 7/11, and Family Mart, also Don Quijote, all within walking distance. 2. Only 5 minutes walk to the nearest station, which is Kinshico Station. 3. There's 2 nearby malls. There are a lot of food options and brands such as Uniqlo, GU, Daiso, Akachan Honpo for babies' stuff. 4. You can directly go to the hotel from Haneda by Airport Limousine bus, which is very convenient rather than by train. 5. They also have a free shuttle bus to Disneyland and DisneySea, but you have to book in advance with the front desk. 6. You can ship your luggage to other hotels or other prefectures, just contact the front desk. Will definitely come back to Tobu Levant!

My stay at Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo was disappointing. Most of the personnel spoke only Japanese, which led to repeated miscommunication and misunderstandings. At one point, restaurant staff even laughed at me, and although supervisors apologized, nothing was actually resolved. Amenities were scarce, the TV only offered Japanese channels despite advertising international options, and the airport transfer listed on Expedia was not provided. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations and lacked the support and services advertised.

It is an extremely convenient location close by the metro station. There is a bus that takes you from either airport directly to the hotel's front door. The rooms are spacious and clean. Mine had a great view of the Skytree. There is a 7-11, Lawsons, and Family Mart right outside the hotel for convenience. Like many hotels close by a metro station, there is also a mall as well as a supermarket right next door. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice people and a great restaurant with a beautiful view on the top floor. The rooms are nothing spectacular, but still good. And the housekeeping is wonderful. The location is wonderful, with a subway station and countless restaurants and stores, all within a 5 minute walk. Will definitely stay at again.

Room was small but it’s okay for us because we have little kids. For big families it is not recommended. It’s a bit cramp but they’re clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic! It’s so close to everything. Train station was just 5 minutes walk. Lawson, Don Quijote and 7/11 were literally in front of the hotel. Staff was helpful and I loved the concierge he was so lovely! He always greeted us and always smiles at us. I wish we had something from our home country to gift to him. I didn’t get his name but he was very friendly especially with my kids! He’s the older one. He’s our favourite! He knows how to communicate well in english and would really make you feel welcomed! The other concierge was great too! They’re both great it was just the other one was our favourite! Hehe It’s very close to Solamachi it was our favourite place to go to. Only 20 mns walk! Lovely stay very happy with our experience! ❤️

Location is perfect. Close to kinshicho station, donki and food places. Coin laundry is just around the corner. Konbinis just a few steps away. One of the limousine bus' stops. Offers free transpo to Disney. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay here whenever we visit Tokyo.

Great stay in a fantastic location! The hotel is a little dated, but it is still very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The area is amazing — lots of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and easy transport options nearby. Kinshicho is a lively and busy area, but we really enjoyed the atmosphere and everything it had to offer. The highlight was definitely the amazing view of Tokyo Skytree from our window — absolutely beautiful, especially at night. We had a great time staying here and would definitely come back again!

The hotel was nicely located near a train station which made traveling throughout the city very easy. There were also places nearby to shop and grab food. The hotel was very nice and well maintained. Breakfast has a nice variety of options. Room was spacious and clean. Excellent choice overall.
