Tokyo Dome Hotel

Have stayed here in the past many times. Always wonderful, clean and great staff. The Tokyo dome city is right there and the view from the elevator and rooms are fantastic,

Just like everything in Japan wonderful, amazing amazing amazing staff super clean amenities are out of this world very delightful to have stayed there 14 days. My company have put me up and I had to stay an extra day due to flight purpose. These people are incredible. I recommend this hotel to anybody.

We had a wonderful stay at Tokyo Dome Hotel and would definitely stay here again. We stayed on both the Premium and Executive Floors, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always helpful. Having a 24-hour Lawson right inside the hotel on Level 2 was a huge plus. It made it so easy to grab snacks, drinks, breakfast, or anything else we needed at any time of day. The Executive Lounge was another highlight. It was a relaxing place to unwind with great views. The only suggestions we have would be to keep the lounge open a little later in the evening and offer a larger variety of finger foods and snacks. One suggestion would be to add a dedicated laundry room for the Premium and/or Executive Floors. Since we stayed on the 36th and 39th floors, having to go all the way down to Level 7, where there are only five machines shared by the entire hotel, was a bit inconvenient, especially during busy times (game days). Lastly, although the bathrooms were clean and had great amenities, it would be nice to see them updated with a more modern Japanese-style design, featuring a separate toilet and bathing area. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is unbeatable for visiting Tokyo Dome and exploring the surrounding area, the service was excellent, and having Lawson inside the hotel was a great bonus. We highly recommend Tokyo Dome Hotel and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Tokyo.

The service at Tokyo dome was good, facilities and local stations were good however it was disappointing to find out there is an extra charge for the pool or you cannot use it despite it being empty. We stayed for 8 days and did not even get day complimentary although we tried to ask so this has made it a 4 star. Other than that I would say it’s a nice location and nice room. Do bare in mind Wi-Fi is poor.

The staff were so unfriendly. Did not have greetings when we arrived. The hallway to the room smelled smoke although it’s non-smoking rooms and with a sign of it. We were not greeted with what amenities are available for us including airport transfers. I found the carpet in the rooms dirty and outdated.

The property was great, but the service on the 43rd floor could use some work.

It is generally a very nice hotel. However, I the self service laundry machines are always in use with people lining up to use them even late at night. I had to find a laundromat elsewhere.

We stayed at the premium floor with excellent supplemental breakfast at the top floor. Check in was very smooth. We enjoyed very much.

It is without question an amazing Japanese hotel with Japanese staff!!!!! Amazing!!!

Our stay at Tokyo Dome Hotel was absolutely exceptional. The hotel offers a perfect location, with effortless access to countless attractions, restaurants, shops, and transportation options. Everything we wanted to explore in Tokyo was either a short walk or a quick train ride away, making our visit incredibly smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were beyond comfortable — spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. After many trips around the world, these accommodations stand out as some of the best we’ve ever experienced. We slept well, relaxed easily, and felt genuinely at home. The staff were truly elite, consistently kind, helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. Their professionalism and warmth elevated our entire stay and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The restaurant buffet was outstanding — inclusive, beautifully prepared, and full of options we genuinely enjoyed. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The food at the hotel, as well as the surrounding establishments, was excellent across the board. We couldn’t have asked for better dining experiences. The Tokyo Dome Hotel delivered an experience we consider above perfect, especially at such an amazing price. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo — it’s a place that enhances your trip and leaves you wishing you could stay longer.

Had a great centralized location and close to the train station. Had several convenience stores on the property as well as restaurants. Room amenities were excellent.

Great property and great location! Only issue was waiting for the elevators. It took forever for us to get down during check out time. Other than that, our stay was splendid. Staff was so helpful and friendly

Realy enjoyed our stay. Executive lounge on the 40th floor was a nice place to wind-down. The La Qua spa that in the area was an amazing facility, you can get a discount 600 yen off entry fee by showing out room card key when we went.
