Great little hotel in a quieter part of Shimbashi. Room has everything you need PLUS a washer drier in the room. Could you ask for more. Also very friendly staff. Overall a good reasonably priced hotel in Tokyo close to the train station

Room was clean. Amenities were great. Staffs were very friendly and professional. Exceptional service provided. They helped us hold our luggages before and after check-in/check-out, which was very helpful. Convenient location, about 5-min walk to Shimbashi Station.

Hotel is a short walk from Shimbashi station. Quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to the popular Ginza area as well. Lots of dining options available. Conveniently located and easy quick access by metro / monorail to HND airport.

Great location. Very close to Shimbashi Station for easy travel. Tokyo tower and TeamLab Borderless within walking distance.
Staff were friendly and the room was spacious.
Mattress was a little stiff but i still didn't have any trouble sleeping and waking up refreshed.

Hotel only offered once a week cleaning for room and yet that weekly cleaning is very superficial and did not clean up properly. Amenities is pathetic and never offer drinking water at all. Service staff is super calculative about check in time and insisted on charging extra for checking in before 3pm even for checking in passed 2pm.

About 10 minutes walk from subway station, close to a lot of restaurants, very convenient area. Room is clean and has a washing dryer inside. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall, I'll definitely go back.
