Beautiful & clean. Loved the Pola skincare. The rooms are bright and airy. The bed is super comfortable. Convenient location. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Very clean room and clean hotel all together. Very peaceful. Staff was great and they even gave skin care routines when we arrived. Honestly, this hotel would be perfect if they would just add more clothes washing machines. they only had 2 for the whole hotel, so sometimes you couldn’t get a wash in when it was convenient for you.

Excellent stay with delicious Japanese breakfast. Room typically small but very nice and clean. Spa is small but nice to soak after long day of walking. Location was so convient- 3-4 min walk from Kamakura station. Highly recommend!!

This is such a nice hotel just down the street from the train station. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet. The location in Kamakura can’t be beat. The staff are all so helpful and welcoming!

The hotel is convenient to the train. About a 5 minute walk. Clean and attractive. My only complaints are minor. The bed takes almost all the room from wall to wall, making transiting difficult. And in our room the shower head was broken. We reported this and they acted as if it would be fixed immediately.

Everything was fine except i arrived at 6 am and was told to wait until 1500 for check in. Fine whatever cant you check the rooms ? Is it ready or ar you just standing on protocal? And because i had to wait, i was unable to get breakfast as i didnt make a reservation. But i was there at 6 am? Maybe ask if id like to eat 🤔. And they charged extra money for my daughter even though i paid for 2 people. Why its my room who cares who visits. Place sucks

Amazing location, close to the train station and shopping district. I didn’t use the on-site onsen, but did go to one down on the beach to watch the sunset. Stunning. Room was well worth the price and staff was friendly and helpful. I speak zero Japanese and got by just fine.
