The staff are friendly, professional, and very helpful. I speak some Japanese and they spoke a little English and we were able to easily communicate. This hotel is less than a minute walk from Yamato Train station and less than a 10 minute taxi ride to NAS Atsugi (about 1600 Yen roughly $11.50 and the taxis take cards). Many restaurants, a nice super market, many convivence stores all with in a minute or two walk. This is a good business travel hotel and a great price. This chain is all over Japan. The free breakfast was amazing!!! The rooms are small but very comfortable, bed, desk, TV, free Wi-Fi, bathroom. Perfect for quick trips.

The location is very convenient near to Yamato station. The room was clean, comfortable and well lit. However, the wifi didn't work and there is no lock on the bathroom door. There is also only a very small choice of English language movies available on the pay per view. The free breakfast is small and not worth bothering with. There is only one elevator so its always busy, and so it takes a lot of time to move around the hotel.

The property was really nice and clean and we enjoyed the area since everything was nearby, especially the train station. The only thing that we didn’t like is the bed and the pillow, they were not comfortable since they were hard. But overall nice hotel!

We were i Yamato for family reasons otherwise there is nothing here for tourists.
The hotel is clean and had all the amenities you'd expect from a budget hotel. The mattress on the bed was a bit too hard for my liking.

There is nothing of interest in Yamato for tourists, we were there for family reasons. The hotel is located close to the train station, shops and restaurants.
There are two young ladies working on the Reception desk who are really friendly and helpful. The room had all the amenities you need and was clean. The only negative for me was the mattress was hard and slightly uncomfortable.

This is a really nice, convenient hotel. The only bad thing is the free breakfast which basically consists of the cheapest food available. Most of it is inedible and not even fit for a dog.
