Well maintained, very clean & amenities listed are all there. Very close to convenience store, grocery, and train stations. Has a nearby playground too for your children to enjoy.
Check in and check out procedures are easy to follow. The admin too is very prompt to reply in my queries.
We just hope there is a luggage service option. Other than that our family had a wonderful time here.

Clean and efficient. 2 blocks from train line, grocery stores and a small amount of restaurants. Really anywhere you stay in Tokyo central you will be training it to each place you want to see. A little far to see the south end of Japan and so we will return. Hot water, big shower, efficient washing machine. Rice cooker kettle and microwave, small fridge. 2 burner stove. We found it suitable for our needs.

This isn’t a great place, It is very far out from main attractions even though train is 4 min walk from it but the ride to anywhere is pretty long. It is self check in, there is no cleaning services or any services for that matter.
We had our bags coming in from Osaka and when I contacted the hotel management they said you will have to sit and wait for them to come, which waisted our whole day of waiting till they got delivered.
I wouldn’t stay here again.

It's far from the main attractions. The train station is close by, but it took us over 30 minutes to Gina...Shibuya...But it's my fault for not map it before hand.

Our stay at this property for our first trip to Tokyo, Japan was wonderful! It is conveniently located nearby train stations that are walking distance as well as 7-Eleven and Family Mart stores. There are also nearby eateries and a grocery store just a few blocks away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially families or solo travelers who are looking for a quiet place to stay with everything that you need. Checking in and checking out was a breeze! The staff are super friendly, helpful, and very accommodating!

Very nice hotel that’s fairly close to the train station. Supermarket, 7-11, and a MOS burger nearby.very clean room and decent sized. Only down side is the toilet area is very small. Shower and tub made up for it though.

The room was not what we were exoecting size wise and had a string curry smell when entering. The smwll faded after 3 days but by then we had already decided to relocated as it was too small for us with long stay. No dryer onsite and sofa bed not good. Did like the wifi and still feel value for money was just not enough room for 2 people
