Friendly staff, very nice entrance and hallway to the room.
The room needs to be finished better and some things need looking at by professional hotel managers. The bedding and pillows are nylon. AC didn't work. Smell of car fumes in the room and the shower/bathroom needs a better finish. I only note these issues as I hope they can correct things and not out of anything other than an opportunity to improve the hotel.

The hotel is well located and the rooms not facing the main street are really quite and comfortable. Pillows need to be replaced as some are lumpy and not good. Generally, the hotel is a good family choice. Breakfast is very basic, a new menu by a new chef may be overdue.

The room was clean and the size was great for the price. However, there were only two large towels between the two bathrooms and two showers, but no tub. That bathrooms were beautiful, but I was looking forward to taking a bubble bath. The evening front desk manager was rude when I called to ask for towels. Upon check in, the hotel charges your credit card and returns the amount the next morning in cash. It was a total of 40KD, approximately $120. It was ok for a night, but I would not book a room there again.

Lovely suite with beautiful appointments. Friendly, welcoming management and staff. Location hard to find, but not objectionable. Breakfast buffet in lobby a little cramped but good. Fantastic value for money.
