Faa Apartment

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Very well located within the centre of Vientiane and close to various places of interest. Very straightforward check-in and check-out. I would stay here again.

Very easy and nice apartment. I did not use the kitchen as I was there for one night but the bed was comfortable and the AC worked. Room was spacious. Only complaint is that the wifi was not very strong.

Due to our need to stay longer in Vientiane we chose to stay at Faa apartments as it was a lovely room, nothing flash but clean & comfortable & quite cheap. It was also located in a great location, close to morning & night markets. The Cultural Centre is directly across road. If anyone ever needs a printing service, there's a Mr. King (Fuji) printing shop up & across road. Mekong river 5 minute walk.

Nice big room and good location to the night market, sushi , fried chicken Indian food and authentic Laos Food. It was great!!

Clean and spacious. Internet was a bit slow but otherwise the place was very good.

Friendly staff, and good location for sightseeing. Additionally, near an airport shuttle bus stop, it is convenient for going back to the airport. Highly recommend here, and would like to visit near the future! Thank you.

Liked. .Close to airport bus transport. Cafes and bars in the area. Aircon. in room good. Tiled floor kept room from smelling. Good hot water. Good size room. Service ok and friendly. Had balcony in room. Disliked...No lift in building. Old and worn out towels which we had to ask to change after 3 days. Poor wifi . Furniture look worn, needs repainting.TV reception can be improved.

Property was a self-contained apartment, with a little kitchen. It was clean and very well located for all the best bits of Vientiane. I would definitely stay here again

We we're on our visa run, but didn't want it full of pressure, so we booked Faa Apartment for 3 nights. And we were very happy. Big clean room, great balcony to relax in the afternoon on and watch the life below, made better because the Faa sells big beer Loas at reception for just 10,000 kip same as convenience store price. The a.c.was great too, comfy bed, good t.v.channel choices in English. Many sport, a few movie and several news options. BBC, DW NHK etc. Now the highlight, there are amazing restaurants within seconds walk. We loved the Indian restaurant, The Taj Mahal. Also left out the hotel door, left again at the close by side street and down about 50 metres is a French restaurant that was out of this world. Not cheap, but worth ever lip. Atmo. I highly recommend, quiet, clean, comfy, great location. Pleasant staff. Full marks!

Big room, very good location, good condition, good internet. Definitely recommended.

コスパからいえば文句はありませんが、セキュリティ（鍵などの設備）が甘いのと、夜中までうるさい点は要注意だと思います。水場と最低限の食器、湯沸かしポット、レンジ、冷蔵庫があります。料理はするなと書いてありました。周りは屋台やカフェいっぱいなので料理の必要はないですが、スーパーやマーケットにはやや遠いです。
