Great hotel next to the river in Luang Probably. The people that work here are very friendly and helpful. I loved waking up each morning here and having breakfast on your patio overlooking the river. The food was delicious and the view was pretty great and relaxing.

Nice stay in a small teak hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff made for a great stay. Good location across the street from the Mekong river. Easy 5 to 10 minute stroll into the centre of town. Close to everything. Made to order breakfast each morning with very good coffee. We would recommend it to friends.

A wonderful hotel right by the river. The hotel was clean and the staf was so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Luang Prabang ! The free breakfast was very tasty and we would recommend this hotel to fiends and family.

I did not like that i reserved and paid for a double deluxe balcony view of the Mekong that turned out to be a bottom floor room with a patio instead. Management was convinced the it was a balcony room. He appeared to not understand the difference between a balcony and patio. Staying on the bottom floor next to the street, it was often difficult to see the Mekong as car/vans were parked in front of my patio room obstructing the view of the Mekong. If you book a balcony view room, I would stress that you want a "upstairs balcony room." The breakfast was good and staff friendly. Location was excellent other then it bei g a little noise as the hotel in on a main road.

The property is quaint, elegant and most rooms have river view. It' close to the Night Market, bars, shops, massage parlors, Wat Sen and the Delta. All in all, awsome location and rate. The manager is extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. I highly recommend it.

The unique thing about this property is the convenient location and a decent view of Mekong river. What I liked about this place where customer service is outstanding. Staff were helpful and friendly. Daily breakfast were good. I didn’t like the smells coming from the kitchen though, but it’s understandably noted. This small guesthouse is run by a family who resides there.

I would be reluctant to book this hotel again. It was very noisy with I think the hotel staff families staying in lower rooms, kids yelling late in the night and people sleeping on mattresses in the lobby early in the morning. It was a great location and staff were friendly but just too noisy. I think the local taxi rank was across the road with men yelling at all hours of the day

Small hotel located across from river and walking distance from night market. If you like lizards then this is a good hotel for you as there were lizards crawling on the wall in reception room. The bathroom smells very bad and two time had to take cold shower as there were no hot water.

Love the surrounding area, right beside the Mekong! With many food choices. And the monks walked right beside this hotel. And the real clincher..the manager at the counter said ok for us to leave our suitcases at hotel while we left for huayxai's Gibbon Experience. Wow..so kind!
