I arrived in Vilnius on the train from Kaunus, and the hotel is a 10 minute walk down the hill from the station. It is within walking distance of all the Old Town attractions and loads of bars and restaurants. The room, and the whole hotel, have fresh and modern fixtures and fittings. The room was comfortable and clean, but a little too warm. I didn't have breakfast included, there is a coffee shop right across the street.

The hotel is very well located at an intersection with plenty of shopping options, and good access to the heart of the Old Town, without being noisy or too busy during the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was small, but very comfortable and well equipped. Particularly grateful for good air conditioning.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Room was really tiny with head height restrictions. I would say it’s a single room rather than the double room I was promised. Carpet old need a change. Shower cubicle small and door leaking. Toilet seat discoloured (yellow) see photo. Allowed me to check out at 14:00 though which is a huge plus.

Good location, short walk from the old town. Room was bright and modern and the bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast not included in our rate and a little expensive. Staff helpful, but a little cold.

It was walking distance to the train/bus station but much of the road was cobbled so with a luggage, it does get plenty noisy! (grin) My hotel room was clean and wide, and mine was very bright with 3 windows at road level. The design of the hotel is a tad weird - I had to go up to go down to my room though. It does have a good Belgian/European style restaurant and the food was plenty good.

Excellent location close to the old town. The Old city wall runs the length of the courtyard. The restaurant has a Belgian theme which provides an excellent menu. I would defiantly book again.

Pleasant, comfortable hotel with good service and amenities. Close to bus and train stations (take the train from the airport and then walk 5 minutes to hotel). Attached restaurant has very good food albeit at high prices. There is a good coffee shop across the street. Downside: AC did not work the first night, so we were very uncomfortable. Immediate area rather shabby.

The location was great, just a 5 minute walk from the bus and train station. There are also two groceries stores 5 minutes away. The room was clean and updated. It was a little small but it wasn't a big deal. I stayed three nights and had no complaints. The receptionists were always present and polite and helpful. They did speak English. The bed was comfortable and the TV was a little small. The windows closed tightly to keep the outside noise out from an occasional crazy young kid driving a motor cycle. Also, the Belgium restaurant serve excellent food. The mussels were superb. One negative thing was that the hotel advertises a hot tub. Well, having travelled for 20+ hours I thought a hot tub would be a great way to relieve the jet lag and stress. The receptionist told me it would take at least one hour to heat it up and cost 30Euros! What a joke!

Good location, easy walking distance to the bus and train stations and the old town. Some noise from outside but the secondary glazing worked well so it didn't disturb our sleep. Room was fairly compact but well appointed and was more than adequate. Only minor complaint was the temperature- couldn't seem to adjust the air-conditioning. Fresh bread and croissants at breakfast plus a hot choice and good coffee. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Vilnius.
