The staff were friendly and very helpful, both with information and other assistance. The hotel was quite clean. The location was good. There was a food street next door and a convenience store across the street. There was a 24-hour shuttle bus service to several locations in and around the Galaxy Hotel. There was also a shuttle bus service to HZMB Macau. Overall, everything was quite good. Next time I go to Macau again, I will stay at Broadway Hotel again.

Free shuttle from all gates and borders. The hotel is very clean. They provide 4 cans of drink for free in the refrigerator. Each room has a bathtub. We stayed in the river view room. Part of Galaxy Hotel. Walking distance to Venetian and Studio City. There are food streets in the hotel area. Easy to have hot food.

Room was big and clean. Staffs are courtesy and able to provide clear direction, especially on shuttle bus services.
There are some eateries nearby but on the pricey sides. Similarly at nearby Galaxy Casino, things are also pricey.
Downside is no direct transport to airport or port. Have to transfer from Broadway Hotel to nearby Galaxy Casino using the free shuttle bus provided.

You can take the shuttle from the hotel to Galaxy Diamond Hall , from there there is another shuttle takes you to the airport or the ferry terminal.

The room was spacious, clean, quiet and had great amenities. There was a free shuttle bus pickup every 15 mins at airport. Easy to access and find bus. The Broadway is connected to the bigger more lavish and no doubt more expensive Galaxy by a covered walkway over a busy road. The staff at front desk of Broadway were extremely helpful. Local buses around Macau had a bus stop out front. Walkable to many other casinos. Hard to beat this hotel for the price and service.

I booked this hotel for the water park. I did not have a chance to use it, but my son and my wife did not enjoy its water park much. The hotel is a bit far for going anyway. They promote having a food street within the hotel area. However, it seems none of the stores in food street offers breakfast, so the only nearby option is the hotel's breakfast which is not bad, but I will want to see more options.
