We chose this hotel because it is close to my parents’ apartment, and it turned out to be a great choice. The view was lovely, and the overall environment was clean, quiet, and very pleasant. The vibe of the hotel is calm and comfortable.
The staff were extremely helpful. When we asked about upgrade options, they kindly showed us the actual room before we made our decision, which we really appreciated.
The hotel is located in a residential area, so it’s not close to casinos or major tourist attractions. However, since our trip was focused on visiting relatives, the location was perfect for us. It felt peaceful and never crowded like typical tourist areas.
If you’re looking for a quiet, local experience rather than a busy tourist spot, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying with this hotel, all the staff are very friendly, accommodating, as a first time traveling to macau the Filipino guy (sorry we forgot his name) provided everything we should know guides and tips to visit. Hotel is okay but 1) they did not prepare an extra bed even when seeing that we are 3 travelers and they know the age of the kids is over 10 years old … we had to upgrade to a more expensive room to get the third bed
