The staff were courteous. The room was clean and had a very authentic feel. However, there was too much furniture for a small room. The breakfast offering had no flexibility with only one cup of coffee allowed.

Room was small for having booked something better than the standard option.
They offer you a welcome drink but it was a bit of a scam as it's some sort of miniscule fruity concoction instead of a proper beer or wine. Would be better if they didn't even offer it honestly. But the complimentary minibar in the room was quite nice.

I liked the aesthetic of the hotel and they were very generous with mini bar items in the room and an oversized hotel room. But the bed was extraordinarily uncomfortable… Our backs were killing us afterwards.

I had no idea Hotel Central has such an illustrious history! So glad they remodeled this historic location in April 2024. Our 20's style room on the 5th floor felt iconic, charming, and thoughtful. Great location, spotless, and worth staying again!

Hotel Central is a beautiful hotel. The attention to detail with furnishings from the 1920's, 1930's and 1940's is to be commended.
It's in a good location with lots of dining options within walking distance.
The roof top bar was great for having a drink with friends at sunset.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and it made our trip to Macau memorable.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff were all lovely. They speak very basic English, and the only negative part of our stay was the western breakfast. It’s not really western, the coffee isn’t great but hopefully they can improve the menu to include toast at least. The hotel is central and walking distance to the ruins

Amazingly renovated hotel in reviving the memories of Macau old days. Absolutely loved it in all aspects including the service, quality and meticulous design. The room rates are great as well.

It is like brand new hotel. Decration with 1920's old fashion.
It is very clean, staff are very nice, they make up room everyday. Great loaction it is in the old town centor.
