We were staying for two nights for family vacation. We were given the best welcome since the very first day. Since we arrived before the check-in time, one of the staff from concierge initiatively helped us with our luggage, and even gave recommendation on things to do, place to visit, and transportation option. The same staff also helped to arrange take-away breakfast since we had to leave early. Room and facilities were great, breakfast was excellent!

I personally prefer hard pillows hence the ones in the room didn’t quite suit me. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Breakfast is a good spread and a lady staff named Christina or Christine (apologies I didn’t see her name properly), but she’s from Philippines and very fair and slim, she’s very friendly.

Would highly recommend this hotel not only for the great location but also for the hotel itself - wonderful service and particularly loved the pool (absolutely enormous and not busy), hot tub area with VIP-style beds and the gym. I didn’t want to leave - wonderful stay.

Grand Hyatt Macau was brilliant . The executive level package is wonderful . High tea , happy hour & buffet bday was excellent. A good variety of local and western food . Happy hour spread was tops and high tea delicious, with lots of mini cakes to try and a savoury option ..

Overall the hotel was very good. Room in good size and the services was really 5 stars. I was disappointed first as there was something wrong with the hot water supply and I had to take the cold water shower. Once I had reported the problem to the reception and they gave me another room to exchange straightaway.

Nice hotel, it’s tied to City of Dreams and is located across the street from Wynn Palace and MGM Cotai. The buffet breakfast was decent, and included many choices. But the restaurant can get crowded during breakfast. If ur tired of Chinese food, City of Dreams 2nd floor includes the Soho area housing a McDonald’s and Starbucks, along with several other western restaurants and Din Tai Fung, the Taiwanese dumpling chain.
