Pet Policy: - A maximum of one pet is allowed for one apartment unit. - The Pet size must not exceed 8kg above. - All room types allow for pet, except: Good for One room type. - Pets are only allowed in the assigned room and not wandering around the corridors. - The fee charges for the pet is 50% off from the Best Flexible Rates (Per room per night), payment upon check-in. - Pets are only allowed in the assigned room and not wandering around the corridors or other floors. Pets are strictly prohibited from accessing other floors, apartments/units, and unassigned public areas such as Residents’ Lounge, lobby, roof-tops or terraces unless otherwise informed. - Pets should be kept in a pet carrier when entering the guest lift. - Pets are properly secured, if not leashed, or kept in a secure area/pet container when the cleaning team comes for room cleaning. - Pets must not be left unattended during the prolonged absence of the pet owner. - Please do not allow pet hair to flow into the drainage. - Excrement of pets must be discarded completely and sealed. - The pet must be properly leashed as it is carried in the cage when Ascott Housekeeping and/or Maintenance enters the unit to conduct maintenance work. - The tenant shall ensure that the pet does not break, spoilt, or cause any damage to the property.

The location are perfect near to mesjid jamek station’ the check in proses are fast’ staff friendly. Room are really clean and comfort

Location is strategically located in city centre. Very convenient to commute around. Hotel is brand new, clean and staff are friendly. Keep up the good work. The hotel needs to have a proper drop off and pick up point. The hotel needs to also improve on the visibility.

Great place to stay. The hotels is so clean with the complete of amenities, they also provide body lotion and conditioner! The facilities is awsome, I really recommended this place and would love to come back.

Very modern and friendly hotels, near Station MRT masjid Jamek you can access to many places of interest. At Floor G there is a coffee shop called Sloaf selling super delicious food and beverage (please try Mango Oak Tea) very nice, will come back again 🥳.
