The check-in and check-out processes were extremely difficult and convoluted. Unlike hotels, where there's a check-out counter, we had to call, and when we made an appointment, there was no answer, and we had to wait 30 minutes to check out.

At first, we couldn’t find the receptionist in the lobby. We had to call their number via WhatsApp so the staff could give us the key card to access the room. This is an important note if you want to stay at this apart, overall is nice
