You get what you pay. Need to always clean water dispenser at level 2. Coway at the lobby is good.

Your receptionist, a big body one. Please train her to be more etiquet as a front liner. She will bring the image of your facility though.

Suggest the management to not forget to clean the study table drawer and the air con as some customer they were weirdly used it to hang their cloth. The room a bit smelly.

The receptionist a bit scary at first but she's very helpful. room surprising very compact but also I guest value the price. The toilet door knob almost fell off and 1 of the plug are not working well. Also, room have lots of ants (the red bites one).

No oc is needed to verify as long as payment was made. - but the room price is cheap. - need an in-room repair. - Not suitable for families with children. - booked 2 nights because I wanted to check out after office hours. - The surrounding hotel is quite ok because the restaurant is busy.

I am mistaken for a date and have already paid online. The money I paid was not returned even though I did not check in. The next day I checked in again and received a very bad service. The condition of the room was very disappointing. The shower water pressure is low and sometimes the water does not come out.

Got room near the staff room. Around 8am, someone shouting in front of the room and make noises until check out time. Got sejadah in the room.

This location is close to public facilities.

The hotel is located in a good location, close to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies. Only the room is too narrow. First check in the new cigarette smoking room. Others are okay.
