Cheap Accommodation, Strategic location since I want to go to Adventist Hospital, just 200 meters from hotel, Near to Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon mall. Good Room and service as the price says. Overall I really satisfied

The service is very good, when experiencing problems with ordering the staff is very helpful. Thank you. The room size is just right for us, the room atmosphere is also comfortable, and the food near the hotel is a must try, access to the hospital is also not far.

The staff service is very satisfying, I had problems when ordering but the staff was very caring and helped me with my problem. Thank you very much. The location is fun, I also like the food at Iskander Express on the ground floor of the hotel. Close to the hospital and happy mart. Recommended!

The room was comfortable… It wasn't very big, but it was enough for two people. It was clean and the staff was friendly.
It was close to Penang Adventist Hospital, just a short walk away.

The location is strategic for Adventist Hospital, but the rooms are cramped. If you put your suitcases in, it's even more cramped.
Twin beds on the first floor, with a pillar between the two beds, making it even more cramped.

The location is strategic if you're heading to Adventist Hospital, but the room is very small, and if you put your suitcase in, it's even more cramped due to the limited space. The bathroom is okay, but the first-floor room is located in front of a parking lot and then directly onto the main road. There's no gate or anything, so it's like an outdoor area. Honestly, we didn't feel safe with this location.

Hotel location is fantastic near Gurney Plaza walking distance about 8 minutes.
The room price is reasonable when booked via Traveloka. Hotel restaurant food is delicious too. They have water refill outside of the room where you can get hot water. There’s no kettle provided on the room.
Coffee sachet is provided too but it is not replenished on next day because room cleaning is done on every two days only.

I found the hotel's location quite strategic. It's very close to the bus stop, making it easy to get anywhere by rapid transit. It's also close to Gurney Mall. Finding food is easy, as the Pulau Thai restaurant is open from 10 a.m. in the hotel lobby. It's a must-try if you stay here. The room isn't particularly spacious, but it was sufficient for me, as I was just staying overnight. There's also an iron on the second floor, and drinking water is unlimited.

LESS WELCOME FOR FOREIGN CITIZENS ESPECIALLY FOR BANGLISH RECEPTION STAFF. SERVICE IS VERY POOR. NO RECOMMENDATION FOR THE SERVICE. even though we paid the same as others, we wanted to ask for early check in but couldn't even though there was an empty room, even if we wanted to, we were asked for 60rm. oh my, the male receptionist was really rude. the hotel itself was pretty clean and the good thing was there was a restaurant in front of the hotel.

The AC in the room is directly to my face. I can't turn it off because there's no air flow anywhere else. That's the only thing I'm not comfortable with.

Near bus stop, Adventist Hospital, Genesis IVF, Gurney Plaza, Gurney Paragon, it’s really strategic. The room was awesome and clean, there is space for praying for Muslims. They are doing a renovation, but it doesn't disturb us. It was a nice stay here.

very disappointed with the booking experience through traveloka this time
booking chose and paid for the twin deluxe (I didn't check the receipt again)
when I got there I was given a superior room (because the hogel party got an email from a travel agent like that)
asked for help from traveloka, but couldn't do anything because the receipt said room assigned on arrival
like where?? then why was there a twin deluxe option from the start?? I clearly chose and paid for that one...honestly disappointed

The AC in the room is directly to my face. I can't turn it off because there's no air flow anywhere else. That's the only thing I'm not comfortable with.

Near bus stop, Adventist Hospital, Genesis IVF, Gurney Plaza, Gurney Paragon, it’s really strategic. The room was awesome and clean, there is space for praying for Muslims. They are doing a renovation, but it doesn't disturb us. It was a nice stay here.

very disappointed with the booking experience through traveloka this time
booking chose and paid for the twin deluxe (I didn't check the receipt again)
when I got there I was given a superior room (because the hogel party got an email from a travel agent like that)
asked for help from traveloka, but couldn't do anything because the receipt said room assigned on arrival
like where?? then why was there a twin deluxe option from the start?? I clearly chose and paid for that one...honestly disappointed
