The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel room had a great view of the bay. The bed was quite hard but the shower warmed up quickly and was easy to use. The walls were quite thin, we could hear the people's conversation next door to us. But the hotel room was nice and spacious which was good.

Not so good condition for my friends room. 1233 Water pressure a bit slow n the bathe tub water cnt flow properly. The bathroom door for 1433 hv some sound means Ned to be improved. The room service Ned to be upgraded. Forgot wash the cup & forgot put the floor map since day 2-3 . We stay 4 nights there . Hope when we coming back end of June 26-29th we can upgrade a better one . The blanket for me was too thin . Hope can improve. Overall we hv a nice stay , front counter are friendly.

The Bayview is a good hotel, well located with decent dining options and friendly staff. The rooms are big and have everything you would need inside them. The hotel is just a little dated however and needs a bit of TLC. Overall would happily stay here again.

Nice hotel with a great location . The rooms are nice spacicious . The room we had a very noisey family above us . The reception area is good and all you need . Great linkntonthe local buses . The CAT bus is free and takes you on a loop of the city .

Don't trust the pictures they posted. Good location with service, but the hotel needs a lot of major updates. Moldy ceiling & peeling wall paint. AC starts leaking 4 am in the morning on the last night during the stay. I don't think I will stay here again unless there are major improvements.

The service and every staff member I interacted with were amazing, but unfortunately by room just hadn't had a good clean in a very long time. Mildew in the bathroom and crumbs under the bed, just not in a great condition.

The hotel is very nice, but it is dated. It is good value for money. The swimming pool is very big and there is a nice gym. It is walking distance to most attractions.

Place is in rundown condition. But, for the price it is fair. My problem, and I should say my big problem, was that I was hacked when using their QR code to order room service. They have a third party app that stole my credit card info. I spent a day in the police department and making expensive calls to my credit card company etc.. AND THE WORST PART - no attention or apology from manager. No compensation and no care at all. IT came to the room and they said they would remove the QR codes from the hotel. They did not. Unacceptable.
