Nice location, nice service, very clean, close to Masjid Jamek, surrounded by many halal restaurants. You just need to cross the road from KL Sentral to find this hotel. Love it

Super great, nice location. Nice hotel. Clean hotel. Sulit hehe. Kind, smiling approachable staff, what more I can say. Next time we visit Malaysia, will probably book here again.
Nice location because it's just a few steps from Masjid Jamek Station, 2 stations away from KL Sentral and KLCC. There's McDonald's, KFC, 7-11 and Burger King nearby. Don't forget to buy the porridge in the morning.
Our room has a view of the KL Tower. Twin room with window. Nice hotel design.

My friend and I had a great stay at big m! The staffs are very accommodating and helpful. The location is also a big plus because it is near the MRT station.

I have stayed here many times, it is close to the Jami Mosque MRT, close to the mosque, Dataran Merdeka, and it is clean too.

This hotel is really not good, the lights went out in the middle of the night (electrical problem), but the solution was very slow, the room was dark and hot, when I asked when the lights would come back on, the staff only said 10 minutes but for almost 2 hours the lights still didn't come back on, even if they gave me a free one, I wouldn't want to stay at this hotel again

Centrally located, close to the LRT, near the Grand Mosque, close to restaurants, and close to shopping (Mydyn).
There's one downside: Traveloka doesn't fully explain the window facilities in the rooms.
The cheapest room was without a window, so we chose a room one level higher, hoping for a window.
Upon check-in, our room turned out to be windowless. We complained to the receptionist.
It turns out that for the window option, we had to choose a room that said "with a window." We didn't know we had to scroll down for that option. It's been two days since we complained, but no action has been taken...
Oh yeah, the receptionist said this kind of thing happens often to guests who book through Traveloka.

Close to the MRT, in front of the hotel, directly to the main road and the Jamek Mosque, next to McDonald's, there is a place to iron, but unfortunately there is no refillable drinking water.

There are many places to eat around the hotel, especially in the morning....plus fast food and Indian food stalls...across from the Jameek Mosque hotel...10 minutes walk near Merdeka Square....if you want to go shopping, you also need to walk 10 minutes to Hanifa or City One
