Room good for 4 nights stayed. Water heater, air conditioning, everything well function. Front desk staff also nice and helpful. Surrounding also good. Nearest to restaurants and shops. Everything just fine and worth.

Hotel is okay for a 1 night stay. WiFi is a bit abysmal. It was not stable. TV only have 1 channel, and the channel doesn't always stays the same Overall, it was just an okay hotel for a quick shower & rest. Make sure to call beforehand after you made your booking. Hotel doesn't have a system so they won't know if you're already book online

Very bad because im book one room for family room but that hotel just give me single room only.then the hotel apologize to me and given another one single room but I must pay for that room.so sad because I have to pay more instead of my real booking.

Hotel reservations are in good governance. The hotel room was full when to check sedangkn already made reservations. Hotel reservation move to the new wave rawang service hotel but there's getting worse. Manager Mr Ramu asked for an additional fee of RM140 for 2 rooms sedangkn payment has been explained by traveloka. The most severe service. Booking system which is not managed. Waste of time, waste of energy and the most severe service I've ever met. First and last time I will deal with this hotel or hotel under this company.
