For the price paid, the place was good. Can consider it.

The hotel is at the end of the immigration customs clearance but walking there from the customs means jaywalking around roads with no pedestrian pathway and around construction sites. There is 1 small convenience store next to the hotel but the pathway is not very friendly with steep stairs going down to the store. There is only 1 cafe and 1 breakfast restaurant. The lounge is closed permanently. The pool is also quite small. The environment is noisy from the high traffic from the causeway and we can hear those traffic noises in the middle of the night. If you drive, you can park for free. Breakfast spread was good with local, western cuisine. It was from 7-11am and we enjoyed it. We got a room upgrade to suite and was very comfortable. However the soap dispenser at the sink doesn't use. And the bathroom is too huge with a bathtub which was difficult to climb in and out. Other than that the bed was super comfortable. We will love to come back to this hotel.

Check in and room upgrade was very good. Breakfast was also pretty good with wide selection. Location wise, the sea view rooms afford a nice view of the Straits and causeway. However the housekeeping left much to be desired. Firstly the room was not properly cleaned with stands of long hair on the floor. The bathrobe had yellow stains on the inside; and for 2 days the shower gel was not topped up despite it being empty.

My go to place when in KL. Be sure not to book your apartment through third party. Only book through Expedia and be sure it’s Cormar. Cormar’s apartments are top of the line and with good views. Jeffrey is the manager and good guy. Staff is helpful but again if you book third party the Cormar staff can’t help you. Upon check in you need to get the staff’s what’s up contact. There is no way to call the front desk.

First booking over at Capri. And it was an excellent choice! Loved it. From checking in through checking out. Every thing was splendid. In House french fries was superb!

Breakfast is ok… not a wide spread but good for its value. Check in is smooth, room is decent size and clean. Comes with usb ports which is a nice touch for modern travellers (no need to worry with plugs). Shower pressure is a bit weak but decent.

Booked 2 executive rooms for total 5 guests. Each room comes with a king bed. So one of the room needs an extra bed. After booking, I tried to message the property and no one reply. When is nearer to the arrival date, I emailed and was told that I need to pay 210 MYR for the extra bed. I thought booking for 3 guests for an executive room, my extra bed for 2 nights should be free. However, I had to pay. I am not allowing my guest to sleep on the sofa.
Kinda upset about this but payment was made thru email. When I was doing my check out, the staff asked for the payment of my extra bed. I told her that I had already made payment. However, she asked me for when and how I made payment. This is abit ridiculous as this is a good hotel. The system should have records. Finally, the hotel is clean and staffs are good. I will definitely come back again.

Check in was seamless, property was clean and spacious. Appreciate the nice touches to the interior. We also enjoyed the view.
Those that are driving, it may take you awhile to reach the parking. There are limited spaces, and there are no lift access from B3.
Our toilet flush was also continuously flushing due to some defect.
Overall a pleasant stay, perfect for a small family. Looking forward to be back.

Pros: Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is pretty decent. Location is near JB customs.
Cons: Sound proofing and chairs used can be improved, can hear stomping of feet and dragging of chairs. There are still gaps in the blinds used in toilet.
