Exceptional place but above all the reception staff! Mr Irfan was very flexible and welcoming from the moment we checked in. Other staff cant remember their names were also fantastic and friendly and welcoming. Stayed in many hotels, but the staff in this hotel are next level!!

We were given as our request the higher floor, level 12. Though grateful to have our room upgraded, overall room not clean.
There is strong smell of dampness could be the result of stale air.
Room, dusty and furniture old, cushion dirty.

I am writing to request that all rooms on the 9th floor be refused for the time being. The floor needs to be fumigated due to a significant issue we encountered during our stay. Despite several red flags such as stains on the sheets and marks on our bodies, we managed to catch the culprit, bag it, and present it to the receptionist. Although the staff did their best to rectify the unpleasant situation, it was already our check-out day, and nothing could resolve the mental anguish we experienced. Please address this matter promptly.

Decor very poor went to use pool that was to open at 7 am but they only started cleaning it also went to the bar on Sunday night to have a drink was told closes at 10 it was five past so next night went at 9 to be told they are not serving alcohol but they have restaurants that have beer service and decor was poor

Quiet disappointed as i could not get an early check in upon arrival and had stand at lobby for almost an hour as there are no place to settle down due to limited sofa available at main lobby. Aircon sound is terrible in the room and had to off it at night in order to get a quiet sleep. Day time there are constructions doing piling so quite irritating if staying in room during the day. The sink in bathroom also cloaked. Other than that the room however is large and relatively clean.
Location is good and easily accessible to KLCC station (below AK Mall) within 5mins while Ampang station in opposite direction is only within 10mins walking distance.
Good for a short stay in this old hotel but do consider other choices if want to have a more comfortable stay.

Beautifully presented hotel in the heart of KLCC, a couple of minutes walk to the towers/Suria KLCC. Very noisy, windows aren't double glazed and the fit out is a tad dated but huge rooms and space. Air con worked, strong wifi and easy walk to dining and other amenities.

Very dirty hotel, there are a few spider webs on the wall, bathroom is outdated, bathtub isn’t property maintained, paint is all over edges of bathtub. There’s a distinct mold smell, couldn’t sleep at night. For the same price there are lots of options, swimming pool is next to rooms, very loud in the morning. There should be no guest rooms on 2nd floor. It’s dusty overall, and I found a piece of hair on a covered glass in bathroom. Ewwwww ☹️☹️☹️

When we 1st saw the exterior of the hotel, we were having thoughts of old and run down. However, it immediately changes when we enter the main lobby. It was beautiful and clean. I will recommend it to friends
