The staff is friendly. The room is comfortable. I got a room with a nice pool and city view. I tried the in-room dining. The night view at the pool is cool with a view of the twin towers. I stayed here because there are buses directly in front of the hotel to Penang and Singapore, so after breakfast I can immediately take the Aeroline bus. So it's easier. There's also a waiting area in the hotel lobby.

At first was unhappy with a personnel at reception as we arrived earlier than check in time stated in my booking. But, a personnel named Yeasin changed my perception. His hospitality won my heart. Despite insisted check in is 3pm (by the way, my booking confirmation stated 2pm) he simply assisted with the check in when I re-approached the reception at 2pm. He then informed room not yet ready, so we have to wait bit more which I was fine as just wanted to check in, left our bags at concierge so we could go for lunch. His hospitality made me want to consider coming again.

THE AIR-CON CANNOT BE ADJUSTED, NOT COOL, INSIDE ROOM PHONE CANNOT BE USED, AND ASK TO CHECK AND YET THEY CAN'T SOLVE THE ISSUE, SO EVERYTIME WE NEED ASSISTANCE WE MUST GO DOWN TO THE 1ST FLOOR TO ASK FOR IT, VERY TROUBLESOME. AND THE BREAKFAST EVERY DAY IS THE SAME FOOD, AND MOSTLY HAS CHILLIS, NOT FRIENDLY FOR KIDS. AND WE ASK FOR BOIL EEGS, THE STAFF ANSWER IS NO? NEVER SAY NICELY, IMPOLITE ALL THE STAFF COOKS. HOW THIS HOTEL TRAINS ITS STAFF TO TELL CUSTOMERS ILL-MANNERED. THIS HOTEL IS AN OLD CORUS HOTEL. WE ARE BEING DECIVED BY THE OUTSIDE LOOKS OF THIS CORUS HOTEL, WHICH GIVES US A VERY BAD IMPRESSION, AND WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CORUS HOTEL AGAIN. VERY DISSAPPOINTED. CONVENIENCE IS ONLY NEARBY SHOPPING AND EATING OUTSIDE. WE STAY FOR 6 DAYS. THE BREAKFAST IS TERRIBLE, SAME FOOD EVERY DAY. The room CARPET IS DIRTY. AIRCON NOT COOL AGAIN EVERY DAY.

Location is superb, easy to go to KLCC, near to shopping centers and a lot of restaurants and also food trucks. Staff was also friendly. The breakfast was all tasty.

The room is spacious and clean. We really love our stay during our business trip. But no option for breakfast included in the room price. This does not matter because close to the hotel you can find restaurants.
