Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Accommodation is slightly run down, except the grand lobby. Fridge in room was broken, only realized after we put the birthday cake inside and all melted the next day 😪 moulds were seen on toilet walls. food in restaurant was acceptable.

First time here and love every inch of it! Quiet spacious, friendly staff, well maintained facilities, great ambience and fooooddd. Worth every penny to drive all the way up here less then 1 hour (better rent car then taking e-hailing). Half way to resort, already have great local seafood restaurant, KFC and even ZUS coffee Thank You Mr. Hudson, Mr. Rian and hotel team ensuring my healing stay peacefully. Gitewww. Will definitely come again!
