I really love this hotel. Beautiful, comfortable room, clean bathroom and most importantly coway water facilities provided. Breakfast is also very tasty and a variety of menu options. The staff is also polite. The lobby space is also comfortable making us attracted to the minimal but exclusive decor. Parking spaces are also plentiful. Only when going to checkout, the space in the elevator is a bit jammed and take time to go down to the lobby. Overall, I will be coming to this hotel again in the future.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel for both running event and staycation within Putrajaya area, staff in general are hospitable and accommodating. The room assigned was very spacious and even the bathroom, which was I think is more customised for those in wheelchairs. Breakfast buffet is also good with varied selections for all types. My only feedback is on the room itself, on the dresser and on the shower areas some ants are present which are already there when I came in. But I managed to find away with it, hoping that the management can ensure these areas are treated to prevent inconvenience for the next guests. Overall its still good job.

Staff at reception was friendly. However, there was no towel kept in the room when we checked in. Had to call the reception to request for the towel and had to follow up thrice for the towel to be sent after 3 hours.

Hot water not working. Morning shower so cold lol .Back hotel at 3am , lobby so dark lol but all good. Staff okay just little bit late when you need something to send to your room.

Enjoyed my short stay here, especially the assigned room, variety of food at breakfast, and great location with Putrajaya Square and Hall of Justice buildings on the next block. Free water refill too outside our room in the same floor to help on their eco-friendly initiative. Though soundproof can be improved a bit and the shower handle was quite loose I have to handle it the entire time . Other than this I might consider it again on my next visit.
