Friendly staff and helping great. Breakfast was amazing choice, specially we like the Indian kitchen was absolutely great choose for us.

It's an amazing hotel, well situated in the city with excellent amenities. Breakfast was unbelievable. Would definitely go again just for the diamond member access lounge with drinks and food at the top of the hotel.

The property is in a great location and the staff is amazing at this hotel. Very nice gym and amenities offered to guest. It’s located in a mall, so you’ll have food and shopping options for your big or small needs. They also have ATM and currency exchange in that mall.

I like is clean and dislike is add misc. fees

You can't go wrong with a Hilton - the service was excellent as always and we loved that this one was located in a mall - super convenient! Also well located overall- its too hot to travel too far on foot in KL so this was perfectly positioned to get cheap taxis everywhere

We had a great stay at the DoubleTree Kuala Lumpur. The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were all exceptionally kind and generous. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of options from Malaysian, Western, Chinese, and Indian cuisines—something for everyone. One thing I really appreciated was how easy it was to communicate with the staff—they use WhatsApp, so if I ever needed anything, I could just send a quick message and they’d bring it right to the room. My only real complaint is the laundry service—it’s charged by the piece, which can add up quickly. I would have preferred the option to do my own laundry. Thankfully, I had packed enough clothes to make it through the trip without needing the service. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Convenient, you can find pharmacy, food court, banks etc… Inconvenient is WiFi shortage

Good hotel in KL. I really liked the breakfast buffet with plenty of local and international options for food and drink. It was a great way to start each morning.

Honestly, one of the best hotels ever, from the service to the food to the gym to the executive lounge. Simple awesome. Variety of food was great, location fantastic, staffs friendly,The room was big and spacious. Kudos to Shalinda Sourajen Guest relations manager, wonderful service provided. I will surely go back (no doubt)
