DoubleTree by Hilton Kuala Lumpur

Very nice hotel with great staff. They set up the rooms for us to celebrate our honeymoon which was amazing. The lobby is inside a mall, which was weird at first but we found great as we had access to a nice grocery store and other shops like a pharmacy and restaurants. The lobby area is nice and big, and also covered which is nice when it rained. The location is great, if you can handle walking in the humid heat, walking to the KLCC area is only 15-20 minutes. Grabbing a Grab car to get around to most other places is great as well, 20 minutes at most for majority of the touristy areas. The hotel had a nice buffet breakfast and the pool was nice although it would have been nicer with more sun hitting it. The room is comfortable and clean, but the TV was a bit old, would have been nice to have access to streaming apps on the TV. There is an HDMI port in the wall so if you want to watch something bring a cable or if you have an Android use the cast feature. The internet was fine, although for faster speeds it was only paid which was disappointing, it’s 2025. Oh, and the warm cookies are a must, if you’re not offered one just ask!

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton. The staff was welcoming and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. I’d gladly stay here again—highly recommend!

Good property to stay with the budget, i loved the breakfast, room size was good and staff was as very cooperative. I have noticed some issues - slow lifts -in my case, room has noise at night may be mrt, which is disturbing but we were tired but not bothered much

We book 2 rooms for a week. Everything was clean and good. Locstion is perfect the only issue was my parents room was at level 24 and the train sound was kind of annoying at night.

Good facilities, walking distance to most places and conveniently located to catch public transport. Breakfast buffet was nice with a good selection for all. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Property is good enough .. but option for dinning especially for Vegetarians is very limited . Also the morning breakfast options for Indians were not that great .

My room is facing the metro rail , i stayed here for 4 nights . I hardly slept peacefully. Metro rail is running till past midnight very very noisy it’s 12.30 midnight I cannot sleep, metro train starts again at 5 am I hardly slept well . I paid very expensive for this hotel room . Breakfast was not upto standard . Very poor all 4 days mostly chicken and their cooking is tasteless nothing tasted nice . Too expensive for this poor service .

Great location, close to the MRT and LRT lines and the Petronas Towers. Located in a shopping mall this allows easy access to shopping under one roof. Fantastic for a weekend break in this amazing city.

The hotel is just ok not exceptional

Generally, everything are in place properly, however, I highlighted 2 items to the checkout counter of my unsatisfactory encounters; 1. Reading chair right handle loose and shaking. 2. Left side Bed reading light, supposed to be flexible but worst than a robot arm…not flexible and not working well. This is a 5 star hotel

Property washrooms floors need some cleaning. Most of the staffs are very friendly.

Walking distance between the hotel and the public transport was very nice. The view of the city from the room was good as well

Simply okay.

Friendly staff, clean hotel. We were unable to go into the bar at the top floor because we hadn’t booked the most expensive room - we could access it if we paid £80/MR500, which we chose not to. It’s a shame this isn’t made clearer on booking. However, clean room, reasonably central. Pleasant stay.
