The whole service was great but the property itself was a little dated and needs a revamp. If we needed any help we could call and get help straight away. It was very good.

This was a very comfortable suite. The location is excellent both for airport transit and for walking. Probably the best value of all the various guest houses and hotels that I have stayed in over many years visiting KL both for business and holidays. The only negative was there was no safe in the room even though one was advertised. Nonetheless, we would stay again and no doubt will on our next visit.

This is the best bang for bucks in my opinion. The room is very spacious, have a dining table and two double beds.

Unsatisfied. Booking another room, he gave another room. Said there are twin beds. But there is none. When asked where the twin bed was, he showed a picture of 2 single beds in the apps. There should be two single beds. But it's illegal. Only one single bed. The staff told me, if you are not satisfied, take back the deposit. You're back. I don't care. If you can refund the full price of the hotel I paid + deposit, I will leave at that time. What's wrong? But you will only give a deposit. After that, he told me to call the website myself to ask why the details are like that. Hey, don't lie to me. I also have my own hotel. Only the owner or staff can enter details in the apps. The system staff can help you enter, but the staff or owner must provide the details. Not recommended!
Note: I know you have an option to either hide or display my comments. To hide comments, I have to have a good reason to share with traveloka. Like I said, I have my own Hotel, I know the procedure.

It is not a hotel. It is an apartment and you can reach them when you want to check out. So your deposit money is burnt. Very hard to deal with them. Not a recommended stay!

I requested new cattle by sms and call which the one in the room not working.. but the hotel operator ignore and never reply my request.. the microwave also not working.. the service and facilities are bad
