Just steps from Sunway Pyramid Mall. The rooms and bathrooms are also very clean. There are also many restaurants nearby, so finding food is easy. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, especially Mr. Yudha, who was very helpful and kind to everyone.

Booked a superior queen room with a window for 2 nights.
The check-in process involved a machine and a self-check-in, which was a bit complicated for those who aren't tech-savvy.
But the staff were helpful.
The room was too small to sit in, and there wasn't enough space to even put a suitcase in.
The window faced the hallway, with nothing to see (the window was useless).
The trash can was under the window, so a foul odor came in when you opened it.
It was noisy until 2-3 a.m. when the staff collected the trash.
There wasn't enough space to even open two 20-inch suitcases; you had to take turns.
The lobby was nice and the staff were friendly.
The room's AC was very cold.
The bathroom was clean.

The elevator was broken, so I had to go up and down the stairs with my sprained foot carrying my suitcase. No apology, the receptionist was not friendly. The room was noisy because of the sound of the AC machine.
