All staff of Grand Hyatt are very warm and the hospitality was very excellent. I will be back here again, especially when we are checked out, all staff help us very well. I mean not one, but all staff beside the door was truly amazing… Thank you Grand Hyatt, I will not regret at all.

Staying at Grand Hyatt KL is one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had. Staffs were so friendly and responded quickly to inquiries. Room was clean, facilities were great and food tasty. Would like to stay here again sometime in the future!
