Amazing view of the Twin tower from our room which is room 2606 . Lot of choices at the breakfast buffet looking at the Petronas Tower while having your breakfast! Excellent customer service of all the staff and I would like to thank Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur for surprising us with anniversary cake for our 40th wedding anniversary of me and my husband you guys made our anniversary more special ❤️ highly recommended!! And will definitely will use them again when we are in Kuala Lumpur !!

A magnificent hotel with extremely good staff that love their job, location is amazing, and the views from the room, pool and lobby were second to none. The rooms are large and had a coffee machine with my favourite pods. Overall it felt like a well run/maintained property. We will be back ! I would have loved the room tv to have a few more apps.

Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is a hotel we repeated stays at every time we are in that area. It has a wonderful view of the Twin Towers and is conveniently located to excellent shopping, food, and entertainment options! We also enjoy their widespread breakfast buffet! We will visit soon!

The hotel staff is very helpful, getting to and from the room/ lobby is bit inconvenient especially during peak hours when the elevators take a long time. The room was gorgeous and the staff was wonderful

Really enjoyed our stay at Grand Hyatt KL - staff were always so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Location was a massive bonus as everything in KLCC is walking distance. Also really enjoyed the gym and spa facilities, was never too overcrowded. Breakfast options were great.

Waking up to the view of the Petronas Twin Towers, surrounded by forests of skyscrapers and at night, seeing the KLCC fountain show and reflections of the Petronas Towers on the Four Seasons hotel. That was my defining feature of this hotel. The city of Kuala Lumpur, sadly is not a very walkable city, at least not in the area around KLCC. The roads are winding, sometimes missing, confusing always. The hotel to other parts of KL is hard to get to without the power of Grab, probably the easiest and cheapest way to get around (Unless you have the Chinese president visit KL during your visit and you have road closures, but I digress.) This hotel however, has a route that gets you inside the Suria Mall without having to endure the humidity of Kuala Lumpur. The lobby is on the 39th floor of the building. Interesting experience, and you can see the iconic Twin Towers, but it does make it longer for you to go into your room, as you have to take the elevator twice. But the room is quite nice from my experience, facilities are good as well, with a nice gym. The room was kept well-maintained for the duration of my stay. The area felt safe at all times of the day, and there were many staff at the ground floor to help you get your stuff out from your Grab/transport from your airport, and if you want to order food, the ground floor seems to be the place where the drivers drop it off so you can leisurely come pick up the food. Excellent experience overall, would stay here again.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. My room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. The bad things about the hotel you can hear people talking, walking on corridor when you're in the room.
