The hotel has improve much since my stay about 2 years back.
I enjoy my stay although it is only a one nite stay.
The room is spacious & cosy
This is my first time swimming in the pool & using the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi works well and we enjoy the pool too.
Will be back when we visit KL again.

I dont know if its unique but this hotel provided everything a business traveler needs for his comfort. However, I do wish that their restaurants had remained open at least till midnight.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, very awkward location. Although the value for money is favourable, I would be hesitant to recommend, especially for those that can afford a slightly more expensive gotel nearer to KL

The property looked okay from the outside; however, I found a rat faeces on my bed when I came back from an outing. I also found another faeces inside my shoe the following morning. They changed my room when I told them and said they will upgrade it, but they did not. Instead they moved me to a room next to a janitor closet that way noisy. I also ordered lamb bolognese on my last night of stay and it tasted terrible. I barely ate 1/4 of it.

I had a good stay here besides the toilet in my room. It was stucked twice and I found the material and design of the toilet no good. Poop always stick on the toilet easily.

The room is clean and spacious. All good except aircon is too cold even after I adjusted it to the max. temp. with lowest fan speed. Probably because of cold air coming in through the main door. Needs to switch off the aircon eventually in order to sleep well.

Hotel is in an industrial area close to nothing. Damp musty smell in rooms. Had two rooms booked for one night before our flight. Breakfast was nice but location was far from everything. Booked Grab taxi and went to a mall for food

Great place to stay in KL. Staff is super helpful and nice, breakfasts tasteful and not crowded, as well as the pool (nice and not crowded, taste not considered).
It seems a bit far from the city center but Metro is 10 mins walk and Grab is transportation of choice. Metro costs about RM5 per person to the downtown compared to Grab’s RM30. Timewise it is 30 mins for Grab compared to 1h Metro, which is a freezer. We ended up Grabbing all trips.
