My only choice of hotel stay in JB is here. Have been here a few times. Only the recent stay the room is not very clean in the bathroom with stains n dust. The safe is spoilt too. Probably there were many groups event here staying so I was given a lower choice room. Breakfast quality can be improved.

Seamless check-in and out service. And ample room space. Very highly recommend for family/friends to stay overnight in JB. Not to forget is near the amenities/shopping centres.. definitely will be back again!

Location was most convenient. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The only flaw we noticed was the way water gets trapped between the bathtub and the glass panel. There is no way to drain the water and it accumulates around the edge of the bathtub and overflows onto the bathroom flooring which makes it very slippery. The bathroom floor towel is soggy and messy and adds to the discomfort of the toilet.

Hotel room with full glass panel, good view from high floor and a lot of sunlight make the room bright in the day but insufficient lighting make the room dark at night.
Breakfast spread is good but taste can be improved.
My room was outside the life lobby with 2 dustbins, found cockroach clawning on my room's table.
Power failure in the morning for a few hours shown that hotel do not have proper back up plan for electricity supply, during these few hours only one lift and dinning area were in operation.
There were no notices and information given during power failure period could be an safety issues needed to be addressed immediately.

Love the room and bathroom space, love the wide windows, the walking distant to KSL and some F&B. Can improve with some (not all) customer services, the TV channels and what guests have to park at level 4 & 5 where the driveways up and down are so narrow, add a handhold shower option in the shower, repair the shaky bathroom holders and faulty bathtub stopper.

Good location . Basically everything can be done and found in this hotel alone . Cafes , nail salon , hair salon , rooftop bar , karaoke , infinity pool . Don’t need to leave the hotel 😂

I'm a solo female traveler. It is 1 minute walk from KSL mall, so it share the same easy access to shops, mall, food .. with a better hotel experience.
Hotel has sophisticated large/clean/nice bed/proper toiletries, swimming pool, sauna, lounge, karaoke, great breakfast, nice staff .. they accept my late check-out.
I feel safe, comfortable so I'd visit more often.

Holiday Villa location is only 2 min walk to KSL ! A lot of good food in this area , Hotel was not new but well maintained but the room sound proof can hear n neighbour sound .. when I stat for one night . The rain was so heavy at night that u can hear the rain sound so loud at 3 to 5 am … I didn’t get a good sleep as the rain was so loud .. Hope the next time I stay no rain sound

Was disappointed for this time staycation, front deck staff not so friendly and not helpful at all, except assistant manager/manager. When I stand in front of the front deck counter, try to collect my key card and no one greet to me and only eye contact with me after that continue to do their own thing .
