This hotel has a good location but should have a better room to room partitions as it is very noisy where can hear rooms next door talking, laughing & children crying. It's very disappointing & moved out after stayed for a night and paid for 3 nights.

Get noisy rooms on the 3rd floor close to the hotel de palma generator set opposite, spacious rooms, already ready prayer mats. Getting out does not need to go through the reception, parking is expensive per hour count.

The room is like in the photo, clean, the staff is also friendly. I always stay here if I go to Kuala Lumpur. Also close to the gleneagles hospital. It's just that this one I stayed in is not active and there is no coffie.

This is the 4th time I've stayed at this hotel, it's clean, the staff is also friendly. It's just that this time I stayed without coffee and mineral water was only given one day. While I was staying 2 days. Improve service.

The reception is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are comfortable, there is a water kettle in each room making it easy, strategic location. Close to places that are visited by many tourists. around the hotel there are many places to eat, clinics and hotels directly opposite the mall ampang point.
