They fail to manage customer need on that date. So I cancel my booking at my own cost even though I and my family already there. I don't think to choose this facility for future trip.

Which is less good: 1. There is no electric kettle (kettle). 2. The floor is broken and sticky 3. The toilet is not properly maintained. (all night listening to water sounds, like leaking pipe). Toilets are broken and not replaced. The "bidet spray" parking lot is missing. 4. Wifi can not be used. Great: 1. Comfortable 2 beds.

The air conditioner was not functioning well. It take time of them to fix it and it make us feel unpleasant with this situation. The picture of the rooms and the real on is differ. Hopefully property can improve the quality of the service.

The area is strategically located in the heart of the city. Not bad, comfortable, only late check-in time, sandy floors and towels are not provided in advance. No footprints outside the bathroom door. Must be improved.

1. i book family room but when i arrive at the hotel, the staff said that's no family room available..we should split room with my family..a staff said they can give my money back if i dont want to stay there..but it's ok..we are tired to searching another hotel..
2.to many mosquitoes
3.the room was not clean..lots of dust and lizard dung😅
4.you must request for towel..there's no towel in the room..only 1 towel per room😑
5.before you book, make sure you search hotel room rate.
