The pool. The food. The weather. The service. Everything was just so good!

We stayed one night between flights. They offer free pick up and drop off at the airport but with limited times, so if you miss the bus, your options are limited, as the hotel is close to the airport, but not walkable, Taxis and GRABs are reluctant to take the small fare, we ended up booking at the Taxi coupon desk, but she had to find a driver that would take our fare. This is a fairly new hotel, with a big central building surrounded by accommodation, it did look a bit like a mining camp, the rooms are spacious, but a little soulless, the bed is comfy with crisp clean white sheets. While the shower was hot with good pressure, the shower head was a disaster as it kept flopping down and you couldn't tighten it up. We had room 2001 right next to the entry door, it does not have good soundproofing and was very noisy when anyone came in or out of the building, bring ear plugs. They provide water, tea and coffee making facilities. The pool was delightful, very large and sparkling clean, with plenty of pool towels available, but sadly very few loungers for the size of the hotel. The staff were always smiling and very friendly, though they were very slow to clear used plates at our evening meal. We had the evening buffet dinner, which was OK nothing special and breakfast which was plentiful with good variety, would be nice as an airport hotel if breakfast started at 5.30am not 6.30 am, Drinks at the hotel bar are very expensive. Would we stay again, yes, despite a few niggles.

Great stay at Ibis Styles Sepand Klia. I only had a day there, but the room was nice and the breakfast variety was really nice as well. The shuttle is a great plus. For reference, if you want to go downtown, I paid 75MR for a grab and it took around an hour and ten minutes on a Sunday afternoon and then paid the same to come back from KLSS, but the street food and walk around downtown were definitely worth it. The only two issues I had for my stay were: One of the doors didn't shut to the exterior of the building, so it buzzed for quite awhile at about 6am. Finally, I got out of bed and shut the door. The only other thing to be aware of is the room takes awhile to cool down and the washroom is the last thing to cool off.

Easy transfer from airport on free shuttle, and quick check in. Got a breakfast bag from reception as was leaving the next day before brrakfast started.

We stayed here as a layover for one night, to catch a flight the next day. This was located right next to the airport, and the hotel itself was great.

Nice rooms and a lovely property all together

We were only here for one night and didn’t have high expectations but our room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The service in the lounge/bar was not good. A lot of staff but they had to refer to the manager as they knew nothing about what was on the menu etc. Some of our order was incorrect and the process was a little like being at Fawlty Towers! The staff definitely need further training but our stay was good despite our food experience

Free breakfast is a plus. Place is clean.

Great one night stay at Ibis Styles Sepang. Staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The bar/ restaurant was open til 12:30am luckily as we arrived after 9:00pm and needed dinner. The pool looks fantastic - didn’t have time for a swim unfortunately. Complementary breakfast and airport shuttle were a bonus.

Cracking place for a stop over. Really good food at super cheap price. Lovely pool and excellent 10 min complementary neck and shoulder manager.

Close to KL airport and great value for money compared to their rivals near the airport.

Better than expected

Beautiful grounds and hotel. Loved the open air feel and hard to believe you are close to the airport. Pool is located just off of the entertainment center. I just wish I had more time to enjoy it on a delayed flight.

Nice pool area and good gym. Only here for 1 day before we travel to our main accommodation. But really good value for money.

The facility and staff were great. A good breakfast but few options for other meals.

Value for money and great airport shuttle service. Property layout is a bit unexpected (rooms outside main building). None the less good value!

This hotel was clean, the staff were attentive, the pool was beautiful and the room was spacious for this family of three. We ate dinner at the restaurant - it was delicious and well priced. Best of all, this hotel was minutes away from the KL airport. It was a perfect overnight stay for my jet lagged family waiting for an overnight connection. I highly recommend it for those with connecting flights and would stay here again.

Super helpful staff; great pool!

We could not ask for a more enjoyable stay. The staff were outstandingly pleasant and helpful. The quality and value of the food was great. The airport shuttle was excellent. The pool was excellent... very large and with comfortable sun beds We'll certainly be returning. It's much more a treat and an addition to the holiday than just an overnight rest on a long homeward journey. Thank you.
