2 Times I book with them, 2 time they try to cancel with reason fully book. 1st time they canceled then try to renegotiate extra payment from traveloka. This time, after booking confirmed, I pm them to confirm on the slot which they confirmed available. But the day of check in contact me back saying they oversold again and offer different facilities that is not as par with what I book, then try to put blame on me when I don't agree, they then book me other facility with other homestay operator. Also trying to ask for more money offline charging per head. Be careful booking with them. But the new operator is good, wj homestay KK.
