The room was spotlessly clean, with a clean toilet, clean sheets, and towels. The room was cool, even though the AC wasn't turned on. I happened to be staying on the 4th floor, and housekeeping was incredibly helpful. Initially, I had a problem accessing my room key, but housekeeping immediately helped me get to the front desk to rescan the access. Simply the best...

A very memorable stay at Hotel Kingston 08, Bukit Bintang. Starting from the hotel's very strategic location close to everywhere, such as Alor Market Street Food, Pavillion, Pasar Seni, Petaling Street, and access to MRT, LRT and Pudu Terminal stations can be walked. In addition, no less important is the very friendly and kind employees, starting from the cleaning staff, the receptionists are also very friendly and when we ask questions they are answered very well, basically very helpful, especially the reception staff in the name of Mrs. Jaya. I stayed here for a total of 5 nights, in the future if I visit Malaysia again this will be the hotel I am going to stay at.

I'm so satisfied with the room, the room is clean, big for us (4 person in 1 room), the speed of Wi-Fi is super fast, don't worry for the guest international with limited kuota for browsing internet in hotel and the amenities is completed. I'll go back there if visiting Kuala Lumpur again, thank you so much for your hospitality Kingston Hotel, I'll be back soon ❤️

I get there before check in time. My planning only to drop my luggage. I lucky staff offer me to check in, cause they have 1 room ready. Room is big and clean. But some towel smell not good. I request to change, but because house keeping staff not full team at that time so I get slow respon.

It's a great experience to stay in Kingston Hotel 8. Near from many interesting places, I just need to walk and no need much time so I can go to many places with a very limited time. Mr Pai & Ms Natasha serviced well. Well, tidy and big room for a family.

The room is spacious and clean, walk distance to many places. Just to be aware of noisy road or street food centre close to it. The staf is kind, and the impression might be better if there's no issues in the check in time since they almost give me different type of room, not as my request. It solved tho, just give me a bad mood in the beginning.
I really appreciate how they provide water dispenser and even scale at reception. Maybe few things can be improve : put hot water maker in the room since there's coffee sachet provided (no tea). Hanger and better TV channel will be lovely (literally it's only 1-2clocal channels available)

The location is very strategic, right on the main road and walking distance to the culinary center of Jalan Alor. The service is also good, and the price is affordable. Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the room is not very good, so noise from outside and the sound of doors closing in other rooms can easily be heard.
