Great hotel. Staff friendly & helpful. Club room benefits were good value with snacks throughout the day and ample food choices, including alcoholic beverages, in the evenings. Great views from the clubs lounge too. Breakfast is available in both the club lounge or main restaurant offering a bigger selection of foods.

Loved this hotel. It’s showing its age a bit but we loved our huge sea view rooms with great floor to ceiling windows overlooking the waterfront. Lovely pool area and rooftop bar. Great breakfast. All of the staff were well trained and very helpful.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired—especially in the common areas, the sauna, and around the pool, which were not well maintained. The breakfast was another letdown: the quality was poor, and there were very few options to choose from.
Due to these issues, we decided to cancel the remainder of our stay and requested a refund. The only positive aspect of our experience was the staff, who were very friendly and tried their best to be helpful despite the circumstances.
I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.

The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Specially Ms Anna Wong from the restaurant. She is always smiling and goes around to ask the guests they are ok.
The room we stayed is very clean and spacious and we enjoyed our stay very much .
The only setback the hotel is that guests can smell the foul air from the nearby Filipino market Once you stand outside the lobby. Because of the hotel is across the market, the surrounding area gets pretty busy . May not be pleasant if you are on holiday.

Originally my booking for the hotel is 17-21/3/2025. Due to the flight changed, I requested Expedia to change booking of the hotel to 18-22/3/2025.
I got the changed and the staff of Expedia informed me that due to this change, any further change or cancellation is not allowed. I accepted this for I am not prepared to have any further change. Expedia also refunded me S$26.11. Anyhow, Expedia never informed me that everyday breakfast included was cancelled until the hotel informed me when I checked in.

First of all let me say that we really enjoyed our stay. The room was just fine, the view was amazing, the pool was good and the restaurant (we only had the breakfast buffet) was very good. The location couldn't have been much better due to it's proximity to the markets. The hotel staff were all excellent and we were very happy with the price.
The only negative things I have to say are some minor condition complaints. Our room needed to have the carpet cleaned and the sofa needed it's upholstery cleaned. There was some minor touch up needed in the bathroom with grout and calking that is common in many hotels. These are simple fixes that have to be done to earn a 5 star review. Please understand I am not saying it was dirty but an hour spent in the room by maintenance staff on those simple things would go a long way.
Over all we very much recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing friendly, but one person in particular named Elvina she really went above and beyond shes the heart of this place. Its located walking distance ro the best foot reflexology place called helen beauty ask for su, also great bars and seafood spots. The hotel is amazing

The thing that is not good about the ground floor of the room is that there is no closet or clothes hangers. Likewise, in all the bathrooms, there is no electrical outlet next to the mirror for the hair dryer or the shaving machine.

Beautiful property and friendly staff. Food for the room service and breakfast buffets were good as well. Liked the bottle water that they have in the rooms. I think the only mild issue I had was the standup shower, in that the water did seem to get by by the cracks of the glass door fairly easily, so the towel I was using as a mat to leave the shower was almost always soaked. There was also maybe one or two tiny bugs in the bathroom when I first checked in.

There was noise not sure where it came from.Probably from the aircon outlet.Need to call the maintainence because it disturb my sleep as it was @3am.
