The staff is bad and dishonest.

I love the room and it is my first time staying in a suites. The staff were super nice especially the guards.

My stay there was pleasant. Staff very helpful and friendly. Apartment unit is spacious and very clean. Value for money.

The suite is not safe especially at the balcony, where a culprit can easily climb the balcony from the room to another room. I feel not safe staying there, although the door has been locked, especially at the balcony. Then, the blind at the toilet can't be closed, and the view of the inside of the suites can be clearly seen from the outside. The facilities at the kitchen were not complete as I prefer cooking with pan rather than just a pot. The aircond is not cold enough.

Average the apartment is clean and nice place to stay but there is nothing in bathroom, when take a bath there is no shampoo or soap in the toilet, should the housekeeping keep on eye in the future put more in toileterries especially shampoo or soap. The rest ok.

I stayed here for two nights. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I just wished they had rice cooker so we don't have to ‘tapau’ rice from outside.

The room is clean and spacious, just steps away from the city. But still good.

The second time staying at Mciti Suites. Clean, spacious and comfortable hotel, well-equipped parking with very affordable kitchen equipment.

I’m quite familiar with Miri so I don’t have much issue on the location. As long as you have your own transport, it’s easier to locate this place. Just use Waze or Google Maps and sure show you the way. Near to Boulevard and night market. This suites have 2 blocks, A and B. You will need to register st Block A first. Car park is available and it’s free for guest. The security also very helpful showing the way to the lobby. After checking in, I went to my room and I found water leaking from the aircon after turn it on a few minutes. Probably due to change of temperature, the air conditioner sweats but it gets me a little bit concern that could be leaking issue. Thanks to the management, they immediately get it fix after I made the report. Overall the room is clean and you can actually cooking inside the room. With the price and facility provided, this is satisfying place to stay for family vacation.

Very spacious hotel. Fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, kitchen, and balcony. WiFi is also very powerful and fast. Spacious bathroom. Car parking is also safe. Very satisfied.

My husband likes the interior design so much. With all the kitchen_things, the spacious room, the quietness, everything is perfect for our weekend escape, will definitely come again for another weekend trip. Oh, the price is reasonable! We only spent rm175 for 2 nights.
