The location is great. Just opposite to NU central shopping mall can go to KL sentral via the shopping mall. Nearby got many food stalls and Mamak stalls, convenient shops as well. Easy to get taxi/grab/Uber at this location. The room is very clean. Worth for the value.

- Wi-Fi connection unstable! (Room 202)
- Water Shower Pressure was vy low. In fact vanity faucet water pressure even better than the shower
- Overall Cleanliness is terrible. The bedsheet got dirty stains. Same goes for towel.
- NEED to revamp on the cleanliness of this hotel. Rating for cleanliness is only 1 out of 5
- Only the location is very convenient.
- Head & Body shampoo given was too little. Only sufficient for 2 times of showers. I have to buy hair shampoo at the nearest 99 Speed Mart.
- Air-cond filter too dusty. long time didnt service the air-cond. I have to clean the Air-cond filter by myself. Only then I can feel the Air-Cond is cold and windy.
I will not come again for this hotel. The price doesn't match with the services or facilities available.

The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are spacious, drinking water is available, and you can request cleaning or leave the rooms as they are.
The hotel area has many eateries, pubs, minimarkets, and fruit shops.
Recommended for travelers who simply need a clean and comfortable place to rest.

Great experience while stay in this hotel. The hotel was small but very strategic, near KL Sentral, so you can pick any transportation easily. So many food around the hotel and the price was cheap.

The place is very close to the KL station. The room is smelling a smoke and not keeping the sound. Can hear the outside sound/noise very clear which might effect the sleeping time of those who sensitive to that.
