great place to stay with super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were all excellent (we were three diff times in diff rooms. The AC was excellent, pool was very clean and relaxing, gym was great. Just need cleaning cloth and spray for machines

We stayed 4 nights in a suite that was quite spacious. The downside was the pillows which were to hard. It would have been better with one soft and one hard instead of two hard ones. Another problem was with the lack of indications for the light switches. This resulted of the water heater being turned down and cold showers for 2 days as the switch indicated water heater turned out to be for the kitchen only.

Our 5-night stay was, unfortunately, a disappointing experience.
While the rooms are spacious, they’re quite dated, and several issues made our time here uncomfortable. In no particular order: the room was not properly cleaned (and when it was, it amounted to little more than a bin change and some air freshener), there was no hot water, the toilet didn’t flush properly, WiFi was unavailable, and we encountered cockroaches.
The gym was outdated and not well maintained, which was a letdown given it was one of the reasons we chose the property. We received no apology until the day we checked out. The staff did facilitate a room change after we raised our concerns—particularly since we were using the kitchen—but their response felt routine, as if complaints were simply part of the daily rhythm.
This hotel may have once been a top-tier option, but at its current price point, it’s in need of serious upgrades. We saw other guests requesting refunds during our stay. We didn’t go that far, but it certainly impacted what was meant to be a restful stopover.
The one saving grace was the pool area—we didn’t end up using it, but the setting was genuinely lovely and well looked after. It’s a shame the rest of the property doesn’t meet that same standard.

This is a nice place to stay , great room cleaning service and great location, walk distance to the Petronas tower and to the Pavilion...next time I would avoid ordering dinner room service . But hey , no place is perfect

I recently stayed at this establishment for seven days and was disappointed with the level of cleanliness provided during the room service. On multiple occasions, I observed that the bed linens and pillowcases were not changed. Instead, the bed was simply made. This is unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. As a result of these unsanitary conditions, I began to develop acne on my face during my stay. I urge management to address this issue immediately and ensure that proper cleaning protocols are followed to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all guests.

The staff at the property were nice and helpful. The pool was modern and clean. The room however was dirty, in desperate need of a re-do and didn't look anything like the images. The bed was horrifically uncomfortable and as the room was next to the elevator, I was kept up all night with the elevator dinging. Someone also seemed to have been smoking on my floor as it absolutely stunk of cigarettes. I would not stay here again.

Our 2 BR 2 Bath unit was so spacious we almost didn't want to leave. We had a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and office area. The pool is really nice looking up to the KL tower. Cleaning staff were excellent.

We had a bad experience about a payment while checked in the hotel. After clarifying with the travel agent, the hotel agreed to refund the overpaid money back to us. But the refund process is beyond acceptable level. We waited 3 weeks and yet no answers from the hotel staff except they kept telling us that the Finance Dept. would handle the refund etc... At the end, it looks more like the hotel just bullshitting us until the day we checked out the hotel then, forget about this whole process...... Dose it make the hotel any different from the people who stealing in the store that we've seen those posters everywhere in KL??
Other than this unpleasant experience, the hotel staffs in general are nice and polite, especially the cleaning crew members. The one-bedroom premium suite is comfortable and a lot of cabinet spaces to arrange stuffs, but the furniture is quite worn-out, outdated and some are boarder-line broken. Kitchen has the minimum but can cook a simple meal, big refrigerator (not the mini bar) and washing machine with laundry soap provided. Nice view of Menara KL from the gym & swimming pool area.
