Easy check in, friendly staff and helpful, clean room and bathroom, complete inside room facilities: amenities, fridge, iron, hairdryer, etc., hot shower did well so did the air conditioner, great location too, a lot of shopping center around the hotel, just walking to, easy check out, so far it was great, will be back this hotel while visit Kuala Lumpur.

Beds need a softer top.
The rules for executive lounge are no children and no sports wear. We experienced both. If this is a rule please follow through.
Better coffee! Please get a barista for breakfast up/ down stairs!

Staff was very welcoming. We were celebrating our anniversary and really appreciated the nice touch with the balloons and towel decorations in the room, as well as the cake and card. Park Royal Collections is conveniently located in the bustling bukit bintang and close to the shops and food stores. Overall, would recommend this place.

Hotel is close to shopping in Bukit Bintang and is, thankfully, a little bit away fromthe busy/noisy part of the area.
We were able to walk to the Petronas Towers via the sky bridge that was close by. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would stay here again.
