The room looked exactly like the picture, spacious and comfy. Breakfast was delicious a lot if variety. My Kids' love so much the swimming pool and kids room have a game rooms and play room.

Friendly staff. Just take less than 15mins to check-in. Family friendly. Everything is great. Nice place and definitely will come again here. Very good service

The hotel is a perfect family getaway. Located by the beach at Batu Feringghi, love that we were able to enjoy the sunset. Friendly and very efficient staff. I booked 3 superior rooms and indeed the rooms were superior as in literally awesome, beds were very comfortable even the toiletries given were superior quality. Really appreciate hotels welcome drinks and complementary fruits and chocolate. Will definitely return to stay here and recommend Parkroyal to others.

I had the most pleasant experience at ParkRoyal Penang Resort. Not only in it's name, also in their service. we were welcomed and treated like the royals. Will always recommend to everyone who wants to be treated well and I would say it's worth the money :)

Very good location per se, but bit far from most places. It's a resort, great for family and elderly. Not that great for singles or friends.
Breakfast was ok initially, but last couple of days it deteriorated with most items running out
Property is decent and room are fine. Very friendly staff, though reception staff are not that great with English, at times.

Under my circumstances the hotel was beautiful. Careful in the sun. I got a little sunburned because of a lack of enough umbrellas. But great place. Prices in bar and restaurants a bit high. Guess they figure if you can pay for the place, you won't mind the prices. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Staff incredibly friendly

Rooms excellent as as most of the hotel except pool/garden area and sun beds very tired. Breakfast was a manic experience and not enjoyable. Excellent beach bar and staff very attentive. Outside of the hotel very run down area, not as nice as videos seem to dipict.

Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! As a single traveler, I sometimes feel slighted, but definitely did not feel that here! And the grounds are gorgeous! Totally recommend room 263!! It has a balcony and monkeys came right to me every morning!

The staff really make this hotel something special. Everyone wr met was kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome.
Unfortunately, we had two very had nights sleep, but this was due to four adjacent rooms being shared by a large familywho had no respect for other guests and allowed their children race screaming along the corridor unitl after midnight whilst the adults had a party slamming doors with loud conversations in the corridor. The hotel was very proactive and professionally dealt with the issue.
We visited a well known hotel up the road and found the Park Royal to be a far better hotel!
We would love to return and would recommend staying at the Park Royal

A fabulous resort all round…Can not fault. We spent New Years Eve here and had such a fun time, the atmosphere was amazing and the little note, party goodies left in our room on NYE was a very nice touch. A resort I will definitely return to in future😊

Arrived early to check in 2pm. I was told the room not ready yet , and will be called when ready.
However, it was 4pm when I was able to enter the room, I waisted more than an hour .

Very clean and well maintained property. Professional staff but not very knowledgeable and could not answer most of our questions. Not a good place for couples or solo travelers as it is EXTREMELY family oriented. Unfortunately we could never use the swimming pool because it was constantly overrun with screaming children. Breakfast buffet was very good
