Absolutely satisfied with my stay here! From the moment I arrived to check-in, the guards, bellboys, and receptionists, all the staff were so kind and always smiling, greeting guests warmly.
Breakfast was insanely delicious with so many selections.
The service was excellent! Everything I requested was fulfilled, and I even received complimentary drinks as a gift after checkout (can request juices or mocktails). Check-in and check-out were smooth.
Such a peaceful hotel, perfect for anyone seeking tranquility. Do expect to see plenty of foreigners here.

The room looked exactly like the picture, spacious and comfy. Breakfast was delicious a lot if variety. My Kids' love so much the swimming pool and kids room have a game rooms and play room.

The hotel is a perfect family getaway. Located by the beach at Batu Feringghi, love that we were able to enjoy the sunset. Friendly and very efficient staff. I booked 3 superior rooms and indeed the rooms were superior as in literally awesome, beds were very comfortable even the toiletries given were superior quality. Really appreciate hotels welcome drinks and complementary fruits and chocolate. Will definitely return to stay here and recommend Parkroyal to others.

Excellent resort with great food and beverage options. Beach access is convenient, dinner by the beach is great place at Gustoso restaurant. Rooms are spacious. Pool are in excellent coniditons and right size.

A great hotel albeit food prices are quite high but quality is good. If you like a drink you can get alcohol but again it can be pricey. The staff a re very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping are brilliant and Afzal kept are room in fine form. There is a lot of wildlife in the gardens. The breakfast is an unbelievable experience with food choices for every nation. We ate out at night using various vendors and never had a bad meal. The main pool is an absolute picture as is the Beach where you can take a boat to monkey beach or take a swim.

Whatever expectations I had were met and exceeded beyond my imagination. I really enjoyed my stay at the Park Royal resort in Penang. The staff is very warm and welcoming and so very helpful, especially Osman and Ali. The property is gorgeous and is very well kept. I definitely will come back to the Park Royal resort anytime I’m in Penang. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It is located in a walkable distance to attractions such as the night market, local souvenir stores and cafe. Check in was very slow. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection of foods but the crowd was very large. There were too many people getting foods and the staff couldn't replenish the food fast enough. The staff was excellent and they always did their best. We had three people staying in a room and the staff came to put down bed sheets and comforter on the day bed for us upon request.

The hotel is very luxurious. Upon check in, we were greeted with a welcome drink. I didn’t the room was a family suite. The bedroom was huge and there were 2 bathrooms. The suite was too big for the two of us. However we really enjoyed our stay there. We could ask for bottled water anytime for free. We felt that we were being pampered by the staff. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was ok initially, but last couple of days it deteriorated with most items running out
