When I booked the hotel, we will surprise by the pricing and did not expect much. When I was in the property, The beds are clean, spacious with window. Great value for the amount i am paying. comes with two free mineral water.

Convenient to shophouses below. Door hard to open with no support from staff. No ramp for stroller. Window in room overlooks empty wall of the building outside. Property was clean and quite worth the price. 4 stars because everything is pretty good and within expectations but not mind-blowing good.
Convenient because there are convenience stores across the road which are walkable. Did not drive but there is parking in front of the property and there was a guard to keep watch.
Location wise, it's a bit further from the touristy spots so do consider that. Otherwise, am quite satisfied with the stay and do think I will come again.
