General Check-in Instructions

Additional RM 100 deposit per room upon check-in is required for all the room types and refundable upon departure. Tourism Tax of RM 10 per room per night stay will be collected upon check in.
Customer is to allow a waiting time for the booking to pump in to our property booking system is about 30 minutes to 1 hour. This is to manage customer expectation and to avoid complaints from the customer that no booking found in our booking system upon check-in at our Front office counter / kiosk counter.
Oasis Beach Bistro Restaurant will be temporarily closed from 19 February to 20 March 2026 in observance of the Ramadan period.
Please be informed that all room bookings must be made under the full name as stated in the guest’s Identification Card (IC) or passport. This is required for verification purposes during check-in. kindly ensure that the name provided at the time of booking matches the official identification document to avoid any inconvenience upon arrival.

Alhamdulillah, it was a great vacation at Resort World Kijal, apart from the friendly staff, the food at the resort is also delicious. For children, the pool and beach are very popular places. The pool and theme park are very suitable for babies because the water is not too deep. Overall, this place is very suitable for a vacation for all families. Resort World Kijal is my choice every year.

Love the environment and calmness. The best part is seafood aglio olio at the beach is so good, the food is tasty & the view and breezing from ocean is amazing. Definitely will repeat comeback

check in 29/9 so far this hotel is ok to stay for a night. comfortable big room. kids also like to play in the pool.. but the lobby is not lively because the lights are not on maybe because they want to save electricity

Alatan dalam bilik tidak dibersih dengan baik. (Pada gambar) contoh lampu tidur yang berkulat. Mula-mula ingatkan macam lampu ni sengaja di cat macam tu, bila saya cuba sentuh, melekat kat jari kulat ni. Laundry bag juga tidak disediakan. Exhaust fan dalam tandas juga tidak berfungsi. Holder pipe shower pun senget dan susah untuk sangkut/dilaraskan. Sangat-sangat mengecewakan. Akhir sekali, makanan di cafe perlu ditambah baik, kalau hotel budget kita boleh terima lagi, ini hotel ternama dengan facility macam ni amat-amat tidak sesuai. Terima kasih.

Room is spacious and clean. Very very satisfied to stay here. The beach is clean, the breeze of the language is indeed the best healing place, haa gitew. The first time I went to the hotel, I provided breakfast with Nasi Kerabu. The children are very happy and definitely will repeat staying here.
