The room looked exactly like the pictures: spacious, comfy and super clean. Breakfast was delicious too! So many attraction surrounding the place. Surely will stay again soon.

Firstly the hotel location is excellent to the nearby Curve shopping mall and kidzania fun zone for the kids...walking distance. The service is excellent and the breakfast menu has a great variety to choose from.

This is my 3rd time staying here. The room is clean, spacious and nice. It is in a very strategic place, amid all the shopping centres and food haven. The LRT is within walking distance too. We love , the buffet, be it , breakfast ,lunch or dinner, it is very good and delicious. The staff are very efficient and helpful. The ambience is good, majestic and royal, true to its name.

Overall it has been nothing short of comfortable and lovely stay at Royale Chulan Damansara. I have been a returning guest for many years. The hotel property has shown signs of aging but nevertheless I believe have strived always to keep up with it's service and hospitality every way it can which is achievable only by excellent team of staffs. Well not a good review comming. The hotel is tired, and need to be updated.
Carpets worn, woodwork rotten, desk loose and stuck to the wall with silicone, office chair had no padding left so could feel bolt, foot stoll seen better days. Bathroom smelt of waist and aircon was either hot or freezing cold.

We enjoyed staying in the spacious room with a good view. The best part is the walkway from hotel to the Mutiara Damansara Metro station which is the Metro leading to Central station and all the major shopping centres We loved swimming in the infinity pool and watching the views from there.

The room needs updating, bedside lamp was all broken, upholstery on the furniture was old and torn. Paint on the front door was all old and patchy, this hotel has the potential to be so good but it’s just so outdated. Staff are all friendly.

The only plus point is that it is quiet and peaceful. But the furnitures and upholstery are outdated with cracks and signs of rotting. The bed sheets had stains. Yikes. The breakfast was good, but it was 3 star at best. Price per night is expensive for the subpar things you get.

Rooms are spacious. Hotel is conveniently linked to The Curve which is a rather big mall. Close to Pertaling Jaya where the good food is. Room has all the standard facilities you would expect, everything was in working order. Furniture is a little worn and TV is around 29" which I think is rather small for the size of the room. All in all a pleasant experience.
