Alhamdulillah the first day of staying here, overall everything was fun. The room was clean and complete. The location is close to everywhere. The staff is nice and what we like the most is that the facilities are all still functioning well. Hopefully in the future they will continue to maintain all the facilities well.

Comfortable
It's a bit difficult to find street food
Close to the mall
Unfortunately, there are small cockroaches in the trash area
And the room I booked was different from the one provided
But it's okay

The hotel staff is very helpful, it's close to everywhere, the hotel is new so it's still clean, it's just that the room was never cleaned during our 4 night stay and there were no cleaning tools provided in the room and to throw away the trash you have to contact the hotel staff so the trash piles up in the room.

There was a problem when the door could not be opened from the inside. I immediately contacted a technician from the apartment to open it. We were locked inside for more than 1 hour. After that, my family and I asked to move rooms from the previous 50th floor to the 32nd floor because of the trauma of being locked on the 50th floor. Apart from that, everything was good....

good location, luxurious and nice apartment, staff is also helpful, not complicated, can give deposit option with rupiah,
there are only 2 obstacles, first, it is difficult for guests to come by car, because there is no parking area for guests that can be near the apartment lobby, even though guests do not mind paying for parking to visit, but it is not available,
then there are cockroaches in the room, found 2 cockroaches .. but not a big problem for me, maybe it will be a problem for other people

The location to the twin tower is close, about 1 km can be walked
In front of the lobby there is a minimart, easy to buy drinking water & snacks
The room is clean and quite large

Pro: Staff very friendly, 15 minutes walk to Suria KLCC, 15 minutes walk to Ampang Park MRT, room very spacious. Con: Room cleaning will only happen every 3 days, Wi-Fi problem.

the hotel is very very close to Suria, twin tower, just walk about 10 minutes with a leisurely walk.. to the pavilion is also very close by grab only +/- 15 Ringgit.. to Batu Cave is also not too far by grab +/- 35 Ringgit..
the room is very comfortable for resting, there is a stove, microwave, large refrigerator, washing machine, oven.. all can be used.. only Qt2 also have to maintain cleanliness so that it is more comfortable to rest.
